o.o Usually my art isn't so depressing but when I joined this guild (all 4 days ago XD) I was writing a depressing part in a story that inspired the painting. That plus the discovery of the guild and the contest (and with nothing else technically fitting in the January thing) I decided to do what I could with what I had in 3 or 4 nights. =] I actually had fun working with a facial expression I'd never painted before.

I much would have rather submited This but it's a repaint of a painting I did like a year ago so I doubt I could get away with it.

Gah. Sleep deprived ramble of doom.
