Inuyasha watched the arrow fly, his ears pricked up and listening to anything that was said between the Hanyou and Miroku. He didn't like some of the things being said, but he bit his tongue, something that was hard for him to do.

Arisa watched as Kagomes arrow hit and the demon began to vanish.
"YES!" she cheered
the demon growled and looked right at Arisa. "This isnt the last you'll see of me....I Will be back and i will feed of your heart little Half demon." Arisa swollowed hard after hearing those words.
"Let your hatred fester and fuel me..." The demon growled before completly dissapering. He looked over at inuyasha and licked his lips one final time....
Arisa sighed in relief and looked at Miroku and the others. " Looks like i should explain this to you all...I'm sorry for getting you all involved." She appologized.
Miroku smiled and that made Arisa blush again. "Thats fine." He said...
Arisa looked down. " and if we dont finish now he'll just come for you guys again....I scence you have a good part of the jewel already." She stated.

 Arisa looked at the nearly completed jewel and swallowed hard. She looked at all of them and regained her composure. " Well we should get to my place and i can explain everything to you all...maybe over some hot tea." She led them all to her small home and she brewed some tea for all of them and sat down. Her father sat between her and Miroku and he stared at the monk intencely making Miroku sweat " Touch my daughter and I'll send you to the afterlife." He warned.
Miroku scrached his head in embarrassment. "I mean no harm sir."
" Father...." Arisa hissed and her father looked away from Miroku.
Arisa looked at everyone and sat down. " Alright...i think i should start with what this demon is called.....We call him zouo no oni....The demon of hate....He feeds on the hatred and darkness in peoples hearts and uses that hatred against them. He came to this village seeking the jewel of four souls. He knew of it being shattered and that my mother possessed a shard. She refused to hand it over and they battled ever since. I was just recently that he became stronger and was able to get the better of us..but i've managed to keep this shard safe.Unfortunatly he grows stronger by the day.....The very hate he causes feeds him....there isnt much we can do.." She began to explain.

Inuyasha listened and scowled, "Well..." he said rubbing his head, trying to make sure he didn't upset Kagome with what he was going to say. "We might be able to help you, but it isn't set in stone or anything like that." he said looking a little flustered, he didn't like the demon, ever since he called Inuyasha on being a Half Demon, he wanted that demon's head.

Arisas ears perked up after lisening to inuyasha." oh thank you so much...we could really use the help." he smiled and looked at all of them. " i cant thank you all enough....." she looked at her peice of the jewel and looked at inuyasha. She stood and went over to him. ahe reluctantly held out the jewel shard to him..... "Its probially better if i give this to you.....its better if the demon doesnt get it and it would help you more then us..... This can be youre thanks for helping us...." then she quickly put it away when a strange aura made her jump.
Miroku looked at her. " What is it?" Arisa looked at him.... " dont you scence that?"He couldnt..." no...whats wrong...??"Arisa paniced and scenced it again then looked right at Miroku again.
"GET DOWN!!!!!" she yelled as she lept at miroku. then a large black claw broke though the wall behind where miroku was sitting and the hand grabbed arisa and her shard fell to the floor. soon the hand became like tar and completly surrounded Arisa.
Her father paniced. "ARISA!!!!!"
Miroku jumped up and looked at the others with a look of shock and worry on his face. " why couldnt i scence that???" he questioned.

Inuyasha jumped to his feet with his teeth bared, there was no way that demon was going to do this here! He jumped forward, slashing at the demon with his claws, if anything to get it's attention diverted away from Arisa so that the gang could take her and her father and get out of there. "Hey Demon! OVER HERE!" he yelled, while still clawing it.

The demon turned to Inuyasha and laughed. "foolish half-breed Do you really think such a silly deversion is enought to save youre friends?" he changed his shape and Arisa got trapped deeper in the black tar. She growled and couldnt move....she had to think of something....Then an idea stuck her....She began to transform....
Miroku watched as something changed around them... "this aura...its similar to...."Thats when they all heard an all to familiar voice.
"BLADES OF BLOOD!!!!!!"
Suddenly the tar was shreaded and a secound Inuyasha appeared.
"What the???" miroku exclamed but then he saw that the secound inuyasha had a little fox tail.
"Arisa?" he questioned.....
The secound inuyasha looked at him. "yeah its me....now get my dad out of here......" She transformed back into herself and caught her breath.
" That was a close one........" she sighed... " good thing ive seen you fight...otherwise i'd be dead.." she smiled at inuyasha....then she turned to the demon.... "that was a dirty trick..." she growled...
The demon laughed. "indeed...i knew you'd defend the monk.....you are pathetic....my dear little fox..." Arisa growled....
" but that little transformation you just did left you with little engergy.....you cant even move from that spot...."Arisa growled but he was right...it took all she had just to keep standing... " yes coping Inuyasha is very tricky.....that just means he has the strenth to beat you...." she stated..
" I doubt that i can see the hatred he has in his heart...his desire to become a full demon......his past...all of it and i can wait to feed off that......."

Inuyasha scowled and stepped forward, "Don't you dare talk about me, my past or like you think you know me! BLADES OF BLOOD!!!" he roared slicing at the demon. His arm had a single cut from the attack Arisa had just used, and he used the little bit of blood coming from it attack. He did want to become a full demon...or did he? He didn't know truly what he wanted, so he kept thinking about becoming a full fledged demon.

The demon growled as Inuyashas attack made contact. Arisa smiled and tried to move to help finish the demon but her legs gave out. Miroku helped arisa up
." Now hold on...you are in no shape to be moving like that." he stated.
Arisa laughed " i know.... its just upsetting....." "what is?" "this is just another one of his dopplegangers....and even so...using my transformation while i was in his grasp...he managed to drain most of my engergy.."
" this is another clone?!!"
" y-yeah...weve never seen his true form.....and even now he's holdning back..." she laughed.." maybe theres something he fears here....." she wondered. She watched as Inuyashas attack caused some major damage.
Thats when the demon spotted the shard of the jewel. Arisa paniced when she saw his gaze move from that shard to Kagome....
"so theres the others....." he hissed.
Arisa paniced and forced herself to move and shield kagome and the others. Miroku joined her at her side.
" Arisa.....stand back..." "???? what? you dont intend to fight him do you?"
" i have something else in mind.." he said as he grabbed the rosary on his hand.
" Get out of the way Inuyasha!!!!" he warned...
