Leon noticed her yawn. "Do you want to sleep?" He asked. [{I'm starting to get writer's block. o.e}]

Christine nodded then looked around her parents room to make sure no valuables were out. "Yes. My room is just up the staircase if you need me." She said then walked to the door frame and looked back at him. "Goodnight, Leon." She said then walked through the living room to the staircase and up. When she reached her room, she lied down and pulled her blanket tightly over her. Her eyes were now closed, but she was still awake.
[{Time skip..}]
Christine rolled on her back and stretched back her arms in front of her. She had slept halfway decently and was glad she had at least slept. Her eyes darted open when she remembered the soldier downstairs. Christine got dressed quickly in a plain blouse and skirt and went downstairs. She didn't see him in the living room or kitchen, but didn't go in the bedrooms in case he was still sleep. Starting breakfast, she began to make eggs and crepes.

Leon looked around to see if she would take any valuables away, in fear that he would steal them. He then layed down and fell asleep almost immidietly. He woke up early in the morning, around six a.m. maybe. He knew he had to get back to the camp and report the status of the homes from last night, so he slowly began getting ready to leave.

Christine finished the crepes and eggs then reached for the plates. She grabbed one and turned around, then stopped and sighed for a second; Reluctantly, turning back around and grabbing another plate. She fixed her plate, then made Leon's too. She figured that after last night, she should at least do something nice. She set the plates on the table then went and knocked on his door. "If your up, there is breakfast on the table." She said somewhat loudly.

Leon opened the door. "You shouldn't have." He said, feeling guilty over taking her food along with sleeping in her bed. "They make fine breakfast at camp. Sometimes we even get oatmeal where you can figure out what those floating chunks are. Like last week, there were raisins. Or walnuts..." He stopped talking and sat down at the table next to the plate she set out for him. "Thank you."

Christine smiled slightly as she listened to him talk, then sat down in front of her plate. "But I doubt in camp they make you authentic French crepes." She took a bite of hers and smiled again, then got a slightly more serious face. "I want to apologizes for what I called you last night. It was very rude and I shouldn't have said it. I'm sorry.." She made eye contact with him as she said it, but couldn't help but look down afterwards.

"Don't worry about it. Should I apologize that my nation is treating your people like cattle?" He replied, then took a bite of his food. He looked into her eyes and smiled, then propped his head up on his hand, as if he was studying a pretty picture. "You off to anywhere? Or do you mind if I stay a little bit? The company here is much better." (I hope you forgive me, but the past three days I've had so much going on. I'll try to post as much as my free time allows me to from now on, but I make no promises about this weekend. I'm off to see a friend who's getting married in a while, but I'll be back on monday and I shouldn't be as busyafter that.)

Christine looked to the side for a second then back at him. "I don't mind if you stay here." Christine said and a slight smirk grew on her face. She actually kinda wanted him to stay there with her. "My days have been long and boring without mother or father here. All I do is sit around here and read." As she spoke, She noticed alittle piece of food stuck under his lip. She giggled and pointed to his face. "You have something under your lip..."

Leon wiped at his chin. "It's suprising that you would notice such a tiny speck. Or were you staring at my lips the whole time, hoping for a kiss?" He joked.

Christine rolled her eyes and laughed. "Only in your dreams would I want to kiss you." Most of her meant that, some of her didn't. He wasn't bad looking, but he was suppose to be her enemy. As she thought this, her eyes did wander to his lips for a second. Then she snapped out of it and hoped he hadn't noticed it. "The food is still there." Christine lied to cover up the gaze he might of caught.

"I think you got a little tounge twisted there, sweetheart. You meant to say in your dreams, I kiss you." He said, and half smiled at her. "And I am aware of this meal's presence, I just figured you don't fancy a man that babbles on with his mouth stuffed."

Christine reached over and pretended to grab it off his face. "Much better. Now I can look at you without feeling like I'm talking to a piece of food." She smiled then stood and took her plate to the sink. "And I wouldn't even think of something so gross. My virgin lips will not be touching any person, or solider, for that matter." She said as she began to wash her plate.

"You sound like a little girl. I don't have cooties, I promise. Don't tell me you want to stay a virgin forever." He joked, then finished the rest of his food in a hurry.

Christine laughed and flicked little droplets of water that were on her fingertips at him. "Quit lying, your full of cooties and germs and all kinds of bad things." When she heard his second comment she shrugged. "I've yet to find a husband, so I shouldn't think about it yet." She walked over and took his empty plate over to the sink. "Are you married?" She asked thinking he was about the age most people were married by.
