Correct 3nodding yay! heart There's a more correct way to say "This dog's name is Tiny." > "Kono inu no namae wa Tiny desu." "inu no namae" means "the dog's name" (namae = name) wink Hope this was helpful! oh that's great! thanks! 3nodding It's not so much more correct as it is bigger. If someone already asked what the dog's name was, you could easily leave the "no namae" out, just like if I asked "Enpitsu wa doko desu ka?", someone could respond "Asoko desu." and maybe point in the right direction. is that.. ""where is my pencil"?

Manda Monophobia あの。。。 この こんぴゅたあ は わたし です。 that should say... "as for this computer, it is mine" ?? that last part i question... My vocabulary is horrible... この コンピューターはわたし のです。 This computer is mine. Computer needs to be in katakana because it is a foreign loanword and you have to add の behind わたし to indicate possession.

Hello!
I would like to try, if I may:
Watashi no okaasan no kaban no naka ni kuruma desu.
Is it allowed to use so many no-s? xp
I was trying to say:
My mother's bag is inside the car. LOL
OR:
Are wa ani no kesa desu.
My brother's umbrella is over there. -> Question: is it allowed to use wa after a demonstrative like are? OR do we use ga instead?
