I Love all of the music in Wind Waker but my favs from it are the Ganondorf Battle,The Great Sea (day and night :3),Ancient Hero.

Saria's song/lost woods, ballad of the windfish(mm & la versions), minuet of forest, mo-something battle in wind waker(mogeta?), great fairy fountain, ganons tower(epic organ), the theme in tp after you take the zora prince to kakariko and....dang... I can't remember all of them >.< anyways KOJI KONDO U RULE!
