I agree, almost all of the Tea Partiers do not know what a communist or a Marxist is and most of them probably have never read the Communist Manifesto to truly understand what they are against. It's a joke when you see people rally for things that they do not understand and go off on information that was spoon fed to them.

For what, so more people can rant about things that they don't understand? Why embarrass the Tea Party Movement further?

But you can't shout racist things on Gaia without getting banned.
I mean, my God, you guys really think the Tea Parties are good?

Exactly
I'll bet all of them think that Mao was a true communist.

You know, I don't understand why someone would join a Conservative Guild just to make fun of Conservatives and Tea Party members. It's insulting.

Keep in mind that even here on Gaia, the left-wing movement seeks to infiltrate the Tea Parties. It's easy to tell when a person has made politics personal and that's when people start claiming their political opponents are [Insert derogatory label of any kind here] and do things that cannot even be confirmed. Look at how our political adversaries (note that I say adversaries and not enemies--I do not believe different beliefs should make two parties enemies and a good example I can think of is how Sean Hannity and Joe Lieberman are such good friends) claim things such as us saying racist things. If our movement was really what they claim, then why have I not seen a single sign that is derogatory to various demographics at any Tea Party held up to this very moment?

I remember Hillary Clinton made a speech saying it was patriotic to dissent, debate, and disagree years ago. I'd like to thank her for giving us this ammo, for we can disagree, dissent, and debate against the policies of the Obama Administration too--some on the fringe left just can't handle that.

Politics becomes personal because it effects individual lives. And I don't know how it is insulting to disagree with the ideals of the conservative guilds. Many of their claims are very ignorant and show how most of them are band wagoners. It's embarrassing in my opinion.

Granted it affects individual lives, such as how I will be paying a fine later on in life for not having mandated health insurance. Still, it's no reason for us to degenerate to name calling, bashing, and personal attacks. I personally don't find it insulting for others to disagree with me (I look in terms of individuals and not groups, hence no two conservatives are completely alike, yet we share the same core beliefs of limited government, a free and responsible market, and strong national defense). What I do find insulting are the personal attacks. For example, the claim that us Tea Party peeps are racists. If we were that, then I'd ask our critics to prove that.

Either way, I welcome debate, so long as we keep personal attacks and claims of such nature out of it.

They're not just in Washington. I've been in one in Carson City.

Exactly, leave out personal attacks because that has no point. And as to respond to the fine on mandated health care, that would have never have happened if it where allowed to pass. How can we bee fine with allowing the current health system to continues? The United States is the only industrialized country without a universal health care system for its people. That is in my opinion very sad.

Countries with government-run health care have an income tax around fifty percent on average. Do you really think America would like that?
