Upon further study, it states that he can't leave the band without the proper paperwork... but it doesn't technically say anywhere that he has to endure verbal abuse.

Upon further study, it states that he can't leave the band without the proper paperwork... but it doesn't technically say anywhere that he has to endure verbal abuse.

You may have been reading article 24a, which states that: Under the condition that (Toki) is to do something that, upon the consensus of the majority of the band, is considered a) non-metal or b) not fitting with the band's image, that he may be temporarily be verbally abused and/or ignored for the period of up to (3) weeks in total.
