You can learn to smoothen your movement by repeaditly doing the target test, but you can also do that just by fighting battles...

I have seen a clip about combo's made in SSBM and my friend saw it too and said something that was well thought, even thought that those combo's were made with pure prisicion they were still none moving targets and most combo's are in life battles alot more difficult to achieve, some even impossible.
