Glace still sleeping fires over 20 ice needles from his body reaching many places. If some of the needles were to hit the ground it would freeze that area of the ground.

Still sleeping Glace snores extremely loud and making the sound rebound the stones and icy-floor. The ice needles apparently frozen almost half the field with icy ground making it easily to slip on.

Glace reappeared in front of Doom's path and fires a signal beam at him from his mouth.
(Now Signal beam is a bug-type move. So it would do regular damage to Doom since it is a Fire-dark type. Bug > Dark, Bug < Fire so Dark-Fire = Bug in damage.)

Glace opens his hand sliding on the ice and fire multiple orbs of hidden power unknown of the type. He moves unpredictably.
(Oh yeah since you didn't say if the signal beam hit you or not then it must have contacted.)

Glace releases more ice needles now there were over 46 ice needles and going at a faster speed. Glace grins as he summons a roaing Blizzard at the entire field making the hail storm worse and thicker making Glace harder to be seen.
