Here I'll put it up. ^^  To put a picture up all you do is right click on the picture then click where it says properties. A window should open it up. Copy it's url and then paste it into your post. If look down below in the quote it should look that. You need to put the img and the /img around it like that with the brackets. I hope that helps.
