I play the best at Snare and Tenor drums; like.. they're my favorites, and I'm good at them. Bass too.
As far as other things, I can play cymbals, timpani, drumset, and some auxilary. I'm horrible at reading notes though.. the best 'note reading' I can do is for tenor drums. Plus drumset music.

I play all of the toys, all of the keyboards, I can play snare, bass drum, and cybols pretty well, but one I'm still working on is quads/quints. I'm the pit instructor... So I had to learn all of the instruments.

Majority of the pit instruments xD I'm section leader so.. yeah oO; I don't know how to do any battery instruments, and I'm not too good at timpani because my rhythm sucks. Other than that.. xD

Pit is totally sweet.
The vibes are definitely my favorite, for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
1. Our absolute piece-of-junk marimba recently decided to end it's sorry existence by jumping out of the Band Director's truck.
2. The xylophone bars hit against eachother when played.
3. The bell set bars have pieces of very old masking tape to tell you what note you're playing.
4. Simply put, vibes are heart .
Of course, I can play the other instruments, have very basic skills in snare drum, never played bass drum before, play crash cymbals for the Star Spangled Banner, little experience with Timpani, none with quads, also played some of the smaller instruments, including the ever interesting Vibraslap and Ratchet.

in marching band I play cymbals, In concert band (I'm the oldest in the class, it makes me sad- but yet I am the most inexperienced seeing that I was signed up on accident..... biggrin XD ) I'm expected to learn and play all percussion but we only started on xylophone, marimba, bells, and snare. I requested to learn sax when I decided to make something out of it, btw. dramallama I'll try to learn sax in college or something. xDDD

i play everything pretty much.....mallets!!!!!!!woot!!!!!!
um........triples, quads, snare, set, bass, tympani(sp?),........um just not guard..........

Alastyr twisted Pit rocks. I'm good with most everything in the pit.. suck at drumline instruments though =/ yeah,I play in Pit too,and mostly good at everything there.but i can play some drumline iinstruments though,like cymbals,little bit of snare and bass,quads no never tried,but mybe i will sooner than i think.Also right now i am playing the timpiani in the Pit.
