The red haired bard shoves his hat back from his face and smiles in what he hopes is his most winning put at ease way. "Can you speak? What's your name? Mine's Tam... welll actually it's Talesian, but that is such a mouthful." He holds out his hand to her, showing her he means no harm.

As she tried to get up she realizes she broke her leg, and she falls on it trying to get up, tears come up to her eyes, but as soon as they did the pendant started glowing again glowing around her body healing her.

Tam urges her to stay sitting while he checks out her leg. "Where does it hurt?" he asks worriedly running his hands carefully along it's surface.

Tam chuckles softly and shakes his head. "If she had fur and a tail ye'd be all over her. Let's see. She doesn't look all that heavy. I'm gong to shift and fly us all out of here. You, too, Hope. Think you can get her onto my back?"

"Not yours, that's for sure..." growls Talesian through his beak as he wiggles slightly beneath the two. "Hold onto her, ok... and watch were ye put those dang claws of yers. Me hide is tender ye know."
With a couple of strong beats of his wings he launches them into the air and flies the two back to town, landing in an alley near to their rented room.

Tam waits until Hopian hops down and then he sinks to his knees so the cat and slide the girl to the ground. Shifting back into his more human form, he dusts off his hat and shoves it back into place. Then he picks her up and looking back over his shoulder he starts to tell Hopian he is going to find someone to tend to the girl until she wakes up, only to walk smack dab into a night watchman.

As the officer runs, screaming bloody murder about an invasion of demons, Tam rolls his eyes. "We better just get to our room. Do ye think he got a good look at me face?" he asks the cat going up the back stairs.
