I use my handy dandy mechanical pencils! (nothing special, just use the brand known as Bic)
As for other art I do I use my Faber Castell Manga Pens, but I have to get some more refills (Indian Ink is expensive =_=). I also use Copics, and Prisma Color Markers. 3nodding

Wacom Intuos + Adobe Photoshop CS4. I also use Corel Painter IX for certain things like my comic pages, or when I feel like experimenting with it. ^^
For a long time, though, I had been using Photoshop 7.0 until like a couple months ago.
Haven't drawn on paper in ages, unless you count the doodles I did on restaurant tables (the ones with large sheets of paper on them).

Wacom graphire 3 (currently held together with masking tape. Gonna buy an intuos when I get off my butt). Photoshop CS3.
OR - any paper I can get my hands on and any pencil I find. Or pen. Or--- yeah... xD I also do people portaits in charcoal. Haven't done one in a couple of years though. o-o; I should do that again one day, as I have my sketch kit like, two feet away from my desk gathering dust. lol
