Note: Hmmmmm...compromise. Kero retains his ability to speak any language, and he also retains his weakness to Twilight. He is still Psychic, but only in a sensitive way, and his prowess at combat is undiminished. he also retains his magical vision, and any effects he has caused up until now are allowed to remain.
Fair deal?

Prehapes...but he still seems to powerful if you could give me some reasonable understanding of how this would make him a lessar I guess being then I may have a better understanding of what you are offering...understand?

Simple, Kero's main powers are his ability to teleport, control space, manipulate reality, and absorb all magic. He has other abiities, but culling them out leaves him as merely a trained human with magical senses. JHis prowess at combat merely means his ability to fight hand-to-hand...as you saw with desdemon...his speed is decreased, as is his strength...and he can no longer shapeshift, his other main power. Trust me, for someone like him...this is extremely limiting.
