One other pairing I can think of is Makube/Rock x Black Jack from the Tezuka universe.
So cute and awesome, but I can't really find it anywhere. gonk
I can only find one person who draws fanart for it other than myself (And I need to draw more of it...)

P3 MC/Ryoji Mochizuki (Seriously, wtf, I've only watched my friend playing like all of P3 and read the Let's Play, but I ship it like burning. Mostly as crack, and for the lulz, but still. Burninggggg. Spoilers ahead-It ttly isn't ridiculous to ship the main character and the Appriser of Nyx, guis. Ttly./End spoiler

Also, a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, shipping Piers and Felix from Golden Sun was pretty fun.

O-oh wow, we have another Persona fan in the house. heart Try the kink-memes on LJ; I've seen at least one request for the P3/P4 MCs on the Persona 4 one (badbadbathouse- just so you know), and I'm pretty sure you can find P3 MCxRyoji on any P3/SMT kink-meme. Also? Go to /cm/ on 4chan and either find a P3 thread, or start a P3 thread, and you will get MCxRyoji.

I like AkihikoxMC, personally. It's harder to find than I would have thought. D:

Yeah, I've been on badbadbathhouse, actually. And read the crossover fics, too... They were rather awesome. The other SMT kink memes seem to be just about dead.
Eh, I found the Japanese MCxRyouji webring, so it's pretty much all good. I love my extended website crawls.

I can try to find some fanart, actually, if I start up a thread in the picture post here. You in? I don't think I've seen another Persona fan aside from you here yet. O.O

On a different note, Aziraphale and Crowley from Good Omens, ahhh. heart It's because it's a book, you know. wink Seriously, if there was ever a manga or anything of GO, the internets would have way more fanart and fanfic for it...

Although I'm much more into the more popular Zelloyd pairing, ZelosxKratos from Tales of Symphonia is sadly underloved for an incredibly interesting pairing. =/

And I've given up completely on finding AdellxAxel from Disgaea 2. Admittedly it's a pairing that only really makes sense with my personal headcanon, but still... think of the lulz!

I don't believe real hate/love pairings get enough votes. The tension is there, sexual tension, that is. >]
In D.Gray-man, it's usually Kanda/Allen; where's the Tyki/Lavi, man? Huh? Tyki/Lavi is cannon hate/hatelove while Kanda and Allen have lovers' spat. :/ [/dgmrant]

I really like the Lucky pairing (TykixLavi) from D. Gray Man...there isn't much fanfaction or doujin out there, but I still really love the pairing (even if in the manga there may be absolutly no way that they would ever get together...now AllenxKanda might be a completely different story...)

It was, quite. Only problem is, I can't remember which rp it was, at all. gonk And, well, it hardly has to be said that the number of multifandom roleplays on livejournal is as grains of sand on a beach.

Earthian in general doesn't get enough love, and by extension, the pairings, too. I suppose it's just so old, and the art is quite dated. The storyline is good, though, but then again, I'm biased towards things by Yun Kouga.

Fujimoto Hiroya/Masaki Takashi can be listed here, I suppose. They're from an old manga called Yatteraneeze! I thought it was very cute. I couldn't find any fanfics related to the manga, though. Then again, that's the same with a bunch of mangas. There's barely any fanart on deviantART, but still enough that the manga is known elsewhere.
