I love stuffed animals!! o 3o
They're all over my bed and strewn about my room and stuff.
Actually, I make stuffed animals (bunnies are my favorite),
so there and a lot of piles of cuddly fabrics and my own creations in my room...

Once I actually have some of my own dresses sewn up,
my plan is to make matching outfits for my bunnies...

And then we'll all have a tea party or something. O_O

But I think the only time I've carried a plush around in public
is when an outdoor craft fest was going on downtown,
and I bought a stuffed unicorn for myself.
The vendor didn't have a bag to give me, so I carried the unicorn around with me.
It was fun!
I got away with it 'cause there were lots of other people toting around their purchases, too.

Another thing I'm considering making for myself are animal purses...
I have plans for a bunny bag (of course) and a unicorn bag.

Let's see if I'm brave enough to venture out in public with them!!

I admit, I love plushies and have too many, everywhere!

On young girls, or girls in the correct setting (tea party, photo shoot or convention, etc) I think it's adorable to carry a plushie. I have a stuffed tarantula for such occasions. His name is Mr. Pieces...

I also approve of functional plushies (plush kitty cell phone covers, bear backpacks, kitten ear muffs, etc) depending on age and environment.

In fact, I used to have my little tare pandas at my desk to use as elbow rests (I have a nerve injury in each one from a minor weight lifting accident) and just stack them neatly as a desk decoration next to my picture frames when not in use. I also carry my penguin, teddy, or skelanimal backpack when I'm on the bike*** because it's safer to have a hands free bag. But I'm also wearing jeans and a blouse, so it's harder to overwhelm such a casual outfit with such a large spoonful of sugar.

But when all dolled up, it's just too much to have a plush. I'm 20 and I like to look classy and my age. So I carry a matching clutch or handbag. NO PLUSH!

***NEVER attempt to wear a dress on a motorcycle. It is unsafe and possibly illegal if the dress could impede your movement or vision if blown up. At the very least, you will get filthy. Bikes kick up road grime. At the worst, you could high side and lose all the skin on your legs. Wear proper gear when riding, working in a factory, or anything that requires you to wear closed toe shoes and dress safe.

Very good points!
I love the idea of plushes as accessories!
*imagines ways to incorporate bunnies into everything*

And thanks for the public service announcement at the end.
xd I know you were being serious, but I couldn't help but giggle!

I have only carries plushies twice. Once as in high school for spirit week. I dragged a bi teddy bear to school with me to make me appear smaller. The other time was to Nekocon 2008. I had just bought a gloomy bear with black, curly fur the day before and had decided to wear an outfit that matched her very well, so I brought it along with me. I have since named her Loli-Bear. Her mission in life is to protect all lolitas from *****!
