I do not lie. It is law here in Nevada that once you're 18, you can have sex without consent from your parents. You cannot have sex with a person aged 17 or younger unless that party has consent from the parents.
Should the second party not have consent and the police find out about it, the person who had sex with the second party can be arrested and charged as an adult.
