What are the limits concerning technologically in the RP? I already know that guns and super advanced weaponry is out of the picture, I was wondering more slong the lines of everyday life such as computers, telephones, etc.

easy. if it's in the anime it's in the rp. so the only limit is no phones or cars really. other than that pretty much everything is free game.

Before or after Naruto?

I'm planning to make a description of each village.

stare well I try to make all my RP characters original but when ever I cross check, something always seems to be "similar" to some other anime or sumpthin'. Is it okay if I use my old character but tweak it a bit gonk

and I adjusted it so it would look like, well, yeah. whee
