Kyrian pretended to reluctantly rock of the chair, he did not feign with the dust and grim that clung to his new jacket. The sound the material made as it caught and ballooned with air as he shook and dusted it echoed in the dark. He’d listened to the other two’s exchange and processed the information accordingly.
“You’re right, Terra, about the government not being willing to walk freely through their doors, so do tell why you’re so hasty to go knock and ask them trick or treat?” He smiled and strolled casually from the gloom. With a gait a model would die for he, stepped over the letter and into the pale moonlight. He shifted easily past Eviane as he spoke making sure to maintain an unnoticeable distance from the other man, for both their sakes.
Taking care to control the power that thrilled along his nerves and skin he gently circled Terra’s tiny wrist with his longer fingers, squeezed and tugged slightly, “We should just send her in on her own since she’s so very eager, Eviane.” He slipped his index and middle fingers over the pulse under the skin of her wrist, let a spark carry from his fingers to his skin then plucked the bottle from her hands. He turned innocently from her to Eviane, “Where are we heading and what exactly we know? There are five of them, so where clearly outnumbered there’s no guarantee that any or enough of them will turn to our cause.”
He looked over at Terra and grinned wide, “Is there any way to gather some information without putting ourselves at risk?”

Eviane tutted at Kyrian's remark. "Maybe we should, but then we'd have to look for more members to join our cause, and finding them would prove to be an arduous task. It's best we go together." Eviane's expression didn't change, and he kept walking forward, his pace picking up in the slightest. The less time they were out in the open on the streets, the better.
"We are heading towards the building in which the subjects are being held. At the most, I'd just like to see what they are up to in there, observe. Any interference with anything considering the subjects would be unfavorable at this time." Eviane turned his head to Kyrian. "I know a way in that will minimize the risk of us being caught. As long as we remain unseen by the guards, and by the people inside..." Eviane said, pausing for a moment. "This isn't going to be easy... but with our informant gone, we need to do this. If we don't then we have no way, at this time, of getting any more information." Eviane reached inside his coat, pulling out a piece of paper. "I have some blueprints that our mole copied for us. We'll just have to see how accurate they are." And with that, he stuffed them back inside his jacket, stuffing his hands back in his pockets.
Turning back, he saw the Government's research facility looming in the distance. It looked like any other Government building, yet it contained The Government's most powerful weapons to date. No one was the wiser though, as the people in the world were never privy to that sort of information. Hell, they weren't privy to much information on The Government at all, unless somebody had contacts, which was highly rare. If only it wasn't so rare, then maybe The Resistance's mission would be easier, enlisting the help of the people to overthrow The Government's overbearing presence.
The Doctor smiled when asked when they'd begin. "Well my dear..." he started, his tone creepily endearing. "We shall start as soon as you are well and curious enough to do so. If you feel up to it right now, then please follow me. If not, then the room you must proceed to after here will be down the hall to the right, last door in the corridor, if you please." The Doctor turned and walked out the door, stopping just outside the door to stick his head back in view of the subjects. "Oh, and just to let you know, don't try to run, please. It'll only get you..." The Doctor coughed. "Lost for a while." A sinister smirk spread over his face for a split second, before returning to his regular cheerful smile.
He would have to come back and check on those who did not follow, and get them up and about. Only then could he start working on his real assignment, getting them to work for The Government for ultimate oppression of the people. The Doctors morals admitted this behavior, mostly due to the fact that The Government had given him a very comfortable living environment, with money to spare. As long as he did his job, he was safe, and he was fine with that.
Reaching the end of the hall, he opened the door to reveal an open space that consisted of a grass floor, with a few trees dotted here and there. Overhead was a skylight, the glass almost completely indestructible, but with the subjects abilities, James questioned their invulnerability. The space was about a half a city block large, with two feet of solid concrete on all four sides, to prevent escapes, as well as protect the adjacent buildings. "Welcome to the testing grounds." The Doctor said, walking to the center of the room, waiting for the others to join him.

Terra gave Kyrian a sidelong glance as he took his medicine bottle back. She didn't say as much, but her playfully perturbed look was meant to convey that using his powers like that was cheating. "Well, I wouldn't want to inconvenience you two," she remarked, looking more at the walking battery than vampiric one. Eviane seemed to be too lost to his words and thoughts now to truly hear her sarcastic jest.
"Am I going to be parting rock like Moses parted the river or is there a better way in?" Terra didn't mind manipulating the earth- although she could hardly do what she just mentioned, much less easily- but she hated the side effects. When she had first started her gardening business she had gone quite a bit overboard in attempting to coax plants into a speedy growth. Her coworkers became concerned and almost requested that she go a local hospital because of the toll it took on her body. At times they would find her fast asleep, impossible to wake, and other times she was stricken with hunger pains.
"Hmmmm," she mused aloud as she plucked a crumpled bag out of her pocket. Inside a worn ziploc bag was a mixture of nuts, crackers, pretzels, and small bits of dried fruit. When you were perpetually hungry, there was no such thing as not being prepared too much. She idly wondered if her coworkers had thought she was hooked on drugs since she had the munchies and seemingly random losses of consciousness. It wouldn't be surprising- inaccurate, but not surprising. They were better off believing that the reason she was private was because there was an addiction she was hiding.

((erm.. well I was kind of hoping someone else would post before I made another post.. but since nobody seems to be interested in doing so, I'll endeavor to make a reply.))
Drawing back a bit and biting her lip in consternation at the Doctor's tone as he replied to her question, she stayed sitting through his speech and consequent removal from the room. Well that was rather unnerving to say the least. Should she follow him or stay where she was? Following him didn't seem to be the best idea. With his sudden change in demeanor, she wasn't sure if she wanted to be around him too much, but staying in the room or trying to find a way out would be just as useless, especially with that threat he'd made. She looked towards the ceiling as if it would give her answers, and oddly enough, in a way it did give her the answer she was looking for, or at least it made up her mind for her. This room was far too sterile for her, the incandescent lights reflecting off the too white walls in an atmosphere that made her think of mental hospitals as they were depicted in the one movie she'd ever seen. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unnerving. Anything would be better than this room; she could go crazy just staring at the walls here.
With her decision made, she shakily climbed to her feet, using the bed as a crutch and cautiously letting go, her hands hovering above the mattress in case her legs weren't up to sustaining her weight. Fortunately for her, they shook dreadfully, but held up as she gradually stumbled toward the door, peeking her head out when she reached it and glancing around the hallway. It too was whitewashed and brightly lit. She grimaced hoping that the whole building wasn't like this or she might actually go insane and start trying to destroy their bleached white-washed walls in any way she could, even if it took her own blood to get rid of the glaring achromatic wastes surrounding her.
Shuffling down the hall to she stared everywhere except at the door that the doctor stood in front of. As long as she didn't look at what stood on the other side of the door, she could imagine beautifully painted walls in shades of cobalt, viridian, scarlet, saffron, and amaranth. As long as she didn't look- her eyes involuntarily swept over the door and her thought broke off as her mind registered the nature-carpeted sight through the door. "Oh glory, it's beautiful out there," she whispered and moved at a slightly quicker pace toward the vision as if it were an oasis in the desert. Barely noticing the doctor now, she passed through the door and smiled up at the lovely blue sky above her, watching the clouds blow lazily across the sun, "Oh, i could stay here forever," she sighed out as she laid out on the springy grass.

Nyrio shrugged the sheets of the bed off, and began to walk towards the door that the Doctor had just left through. Nyrio might not trust the Doctor but he didn't want to wait around for something to happen. And he might as well learn how to control his power.
He silently padded down the hall, following the open door. When he stepped inside, he released that he was stepping on grass and not tile anymore. Looking around, he saw the four concrete walls, which grass and tress contrasted them. Looking up, he narrowed his eyes, the sunlight spilling down from the skylight.
Nyrio looked back at the Doctor. What was he planning?
