Now we'll add: 80 sit-ups Standing Dumbbell Serratus Crunch: 2 sets of 20 reps for each side using a 30lb free weight. 40 regular squats 60 crunches with legs up Earlier Today: 19 minutes of pure DDR with songs from the 8 bar difficulty and up. ;D Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 30 reps using a heavy resistance rope Good Mornings: 3 sets of 10 reps - 70lb bar One Mile: 8:49 Deadlifts - 70lb bar: 4 sets x 13 reps

Well, I almost vomited once, accidentally made myself need to have to go to the potty, and right now, my body is naturally rolling into the fetal position because the abs can't handle my torso weight.

Walked, jogged, ran, and did sprints, lots of them, for a distance of two miles with my cousins. Lots of fooling around and fun. ;D Ever try playing mock football with a little round ball? (My inner thighs. THE PAIN!!! crying )
And that's it. I'm going to regenerate. >3>

Jaft I think you could've downed three raw eggs and have a Rocky montage. My super susceptible friend watched Rocky Balboa about a year ago, thought drinking eggs was a good idea, and didn't turn up to school for three days afterwards. ... xd It was pretty funny, actually. But hey! Don't try it at home, kids. >_>

I could probably stand to be a little more active. I used to do some situps and got for a run every morning or so in the summer, but now that fall has set in I've gotten a little preoccupied. (I have put on 12 pounds since last April. Eheh.)
So I'll definitely think about getting up and doing something- I get home early nowadays, so there's really no excuse. I do feel much better when I'm getting a little exercise every day.
I'm also super happy to be back in the guild, guys. biggrin . I love you crazy fools. LOVE YOU!

s**t you all are far too busy, I just do 20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 crunches, and a 1 minute plank (Got I hate planks) each morning.

But hey! Don't try it at home, kids. >_> I have a friend who drinks raw eggs quite often. I've also seen her eat raw chicken. Never gotten salmonella from doing these things.
Then one day, she visited a friend with a pet snake. She touched the snake, and then...got salmonella.
Rather funny.
I will...exercise...at...some...point. Yeah.
