Near X Mello from death note. I just don't like Near. He is annoying.
I love L X Light. With L there, Light isn't a cocky b*****d (okay, he still is but it is toned down) and he is fun to watch. I don't understand why you don't like that pairing. It is second on my list.

Prideshipping. Bleh. I just cannot see a stable relationship at all.I used ot hate it so much, but I kinda got over it. Slightly. Still hate it, but I just ignore it.
Another pairing I hate to hell is TaishakutenxYasha (RG Veda), and BatmanxJoker. *Shivers* Now THAT is gross. (although in a month or two I'll start to warm up to it... xP I hate my open- minded ness.)
I also hate Yamaxanyone but ashura.
I like Chibi AhsuraxKujaku, but I hate almost anything else with ashurex anyone but Yasha.
That's pretty much it. That and threesomes. The multiple hated YGO pairings is so long it's too much for here.

I'm probably going to get shouted at for that one xD But I just can't stand them together. There's no chemistry at all, and they're just not... suited o_0
HojoxAnyone is sick sick sick. I saw a fic with HeidiggerxHojo once. Now that made me wanna heave.
OrochimaruxSasuke is nasty, as is KabutoxAnyone. The guy's just not attractive.
Kakashix any of team 7 is horrible in so many ways. Ew.

Also, GaixKakashi from Naruto. Disgusting. D': It makes me cry... emo late reply sweatdrop but i completely agree on the KaixRei thing. GaixKakashi doesn't really bother me either way

That's the only pairing i truly, deeply HATE... but I also hate Kakashi paired off with anyone except Iruka, and any pairing involving Jiraiya or Gai...
what else... oh yeah, I'm getting pretty sick of RikuSora and AkuRoku, too.
Um.
Togusa and Batou... man, I found this doujishi and I had to delete it after reading like, 3 pages xD reeeeally crossing the Bara/Yaoi line, there, pal.
Oh, and I kinda dislike Envy/Ed, Envy/Wrath, Wrath/Ed and Roy/Ed.
Fruits Basket pairings, too... they annoy me xD

The only one that comes to mind off the top of my head is 1x2 (Heero x Duo) from Gundam Wing.
I just don't like the pairing, though I have been known to read stories with that pairing if they're done really well.

Aside from that, NOOO HET PAIRINGSSSS.
