I am on Sparkpeople, though I haven't been that dilligent lately.
I'll be honest with you though. Ideally, for my health, it would be great if I could lose about 130 lbs. So I am in quite a higher category than "need to drop a few" but still... yeah. SIGH.

You need to lose weight? I'm pretty surprised, you always looked very gorgeous from the photos. Then again, I'm still shocked Bunny wants to lose weight, so I suppose I should stop wondering why every one wants to drop a few lbs. I actually don't own a scale at the moment- and I think I like it that way.

I know the health benefits of losing, but I thought there were some dangers when trying to lose that much weight. No sighs though, we love you and you can do it!

Not healthy to lose it QUICKLY, mind you but GRADUALLY, yes. Getting CLOSE to that anyway, would be grand. It would get me to that mystical BMI... not that I will get there, but getting nearer to it would be excellent. confused

Try stretching a lot. It'll help you lose weight, or at least help you tone up more.
I'm also trying to lose weight, myself.

I've put on a bit of weight over winter, but I"m really hoping it'll just drop off when summer arrives and I don't want to eat as much stodgy food.

Hey, I have a question. What do you do if you're always hungry?
I'm literally ALWAYS hungry. It doesn't matter how much I eat, or what I eat, I'm always hungry and my body is always telling me to eat more and more, even when I know I don't need the food. I know because a couple times I've tested myself. I woke up at like 9 in the morning, started eating, and continued to eat non-stop until like 3 the next morning. No matter how much I ate, I was still hungry. Does anyone have tips? I can sleep and be so preoccupied that I don't eat for hours, but that's not good. Even when I exercise a lot I'm still hungry.

Photos, yeah that's the best photos then we can choose what parts of the body we can use lol xd , the other half you might just have to run away. lol. Every now and again I run, but I need a partner to run with me, sweatdrop . Especially here in Al, I'm new and made no new friends. crying
