I figured I wouldn't formally join unless we had an odd number, that way we had a back up plan. This also allows me to focus more of my energy on moderating the contest.

As for the deadline I want to know how soon is enough time. I realize since you have to coordinate the schedules of two people it may take days to communicate back and forth.

Would Tuesday, 4/29/08 be too soon?

I think what we'll do is gather up the images of the avatars, store them in photobucket and post them in the thread when it's time to vote.

So does that mean that the partners should create the avis, then save them to photobucket and send them to you, and switch back to our ordinary avis to keep them secret?
