DarkScarlettVixen "Work always comes before play, Miss Adriana, you know that." She chided Dree gently and smiled at the two chatting girls before her gaze settled on Alan worriedly. She wondered when he'd finally not be ashamed of how he looked....perhaps a trip to the Unseelie court would cure him. He'd be a celebrity there....She sighed and concentrated on eating. There were still a few things that needed to be set up for the party tonight, not to mention since Luke was being a straggler this morning, she'd be travelling to school with them.
- "Being a Misfit is work!"
She winked at the twins before telling everyone she was going upstairs to get ready for school.

To that comment, Constance simply snorted but didn't reply verbally. She was working on her egg when she felt a tingle in her senses that made her stiffen.
Sorry, did I drop by at a bad time? A gravelly voice asked, tinged with amusement.
Go away Alester, I'm getting the children ready for school, I don't have time to mess with you.
Mess with me? I dunno, sounds kinky. He chuckled
Alester.....I don't have time for you right now, what do you want?
Thought you didn't have--

Another infuriating chuckle, I'll wait until you take the kiddies to school.
Constance snapped the connection and closed her eyes to collect her temper, which Alester had an uncanny skill for making her lose.

Nina started to leave so as to collect her things for school as well, but something about Ms. Constance was suddenly different. She couldn't quite place her finger on what it was, and soon it looked like whatever came, had passed.
"Ms. Constance?" Nina asked, tilting her head with a look of confusion. "Ms. Constance, are you okay?"

Constance looked over at Nina, blinking to clear her vision and she smiled, waving her hand dismissively, "Oh I'm fine, little love. Just thinking too hard."

Letty just stared at Constance when her composure stiffened and then relaxed again. She didn't say anything, just kept looking with a slightly concerned expression on her little face. Letty grabbed her plate and fork and slid out of her seat, reaching as hard as she could to put the dishes in the sink. Then, after running back to grab Aristotle, she latched onto Constance once more. "Stop thinking so hard, it scares me," she said quietly, barely being able to comprehend since her face was buried in Constance's clothing. Letty looked up at her with big, liquid blue eyes, "Be happy."

"Okay then, if you say so." Nina sounded a bit uncertain, but brightened up as Letty attached her self to Ms. Constance. No way that she could be sad with little Letty there!
"Alright, then I'm going to get ready for school, then!" She passed by the twins on her way out. "Morning, Crystalina. Morning, Anastacia!"

Constance stood with Letty and made sure she got the dishes. She glanced over her shoulder and smiled, "Good morning, you two. You look very nice for school." She was about to ask if they'd slept alright when Letty grabbed ahold of her. She touched the girls head, "I didn't mean to scare you, love. Now go on, finish getting ready for school. Brush your teeth really good like I showed you." Detaching Letty she gave her a gentle push towards the door.

Letty nodded, turning to scuttle through the door and up the stairs, dragging poor Aristotle on the floor behind her. As she passed Crystalina and Anastacia she gave the a meek smile. Once upstairs she did as was told, brushing her teeth and counting each out. She wanted her little teeth to be nice and white for tonight, maybe it would make a difference for the special guests coming.

Alan's normal pale face went bright red. He glanced at Adrianna out of the corner of his eyes. He could still feel the cool metal of snake bite on his cheek. He slide his right hand in his lap before placing his left hand on. He stared at, his face burning before collecting his utensils on to his plate. He dumped his dirt dishes into the sink before heading up stares to collect his stuff for school.

Luke had finally done it. He'd been up all night for the past three weeks trying to figure out this aspect of his rather strange powers. He tested it out one more time by stepping forward and appearing on the other side of the door to his room. The way he did this was a bit strange. He had to imagine that the spot that he was already at was the same place as where he wanted to be. This thought process allowed him to traverse most space in a moment. He walked up to the hall mirror and took look at himself. His face was scragglier than he'd have liked it, so he concentrated for a moment, and his scruff disappeared as if it was no longer there. Altering himself was simple, as his imagination was easy to force upon himself.
Luke made himself look respectable, or as respectable as possible as he could dressed up as a traditional ninja, complete with facemask and shuriken. He pulled up his mask and thought hard. He felt a sinking sensation and was instantly sitting in his seat at breakfast. He used the same technique to fork a piece of sausage into his mouth, despite the mask still being over his face. "How is everybody this morning? Looking forward to our guests and the party?" he asked nonchalantly as he continued his meal. He was a rather lithe person, but his voice was much deeper than it looked like it should have been.

Adrianna smacked Luke in the back of his head playfully as she walked by, binder in one hand.
- "About time you got up."
The Twins laughed and followed Dree to the door.
- "Hurry we are gona be late."

Alan drifted down the stairs his book bag slung over one shoulder. He reached the door passing pushing it open with his right, his left hand gripped tight to his back pack strap. He gave the twins a nod as he passed through the door

Letty made her way down the stairs one by one, carrying Aristotle and her backpack slung over her back. "Are we leaving?" she asked, getting closer to the bottom. She jumped off the last step and scampered over to the door, looking up at everyone who was passing through it.

Adrianna ruffled Letty's hair as she passed.
- "Yep. C'mon."
Anastacia held out her hand to Letty.
- "Would you and Aerostotle like to walk with Crystalina and I?"
Crystalina watched Ana's face soften she she looked down at the child. She had to bend a little, so Letty could look up at her, but she loved the sight of the two. Ana was always good with children, she pretty much cared for Crystalina when they were abandoned.

Letty looked up to Adrianna, then to Ana as she held out her hand. She nodded shyly and took her hand, tightening her grip around Aristotle with her other arm. Letty had a fondness for the twins, especially Anastacia. She was always so kind to her, and both of them were very pretty. But, of course, she was too shy to make a comment like that to them. Even though she wanted to, her small pink lips were glued shut, simply smiling sheepishly up at them instead.
