Could very well be, yeah. He certainly didn't start being all smooooth until he had it.

I have this pet theory that the psychiatrist guy was evil!Timmy in disguise, and he had a bad influence on Timmy. Even if he wasn't evil!Timmy, I still think he had an influence. Remember how the Freud-type dude was all "hey baby" and stuff, and now Timmy is too. 3nodding

The goatee may also be a way of marking evil!Timmy from good!Timmy. Evil twins often have goatees or other facial hair xD Then again, in Futurama, it was the good twin who had the goatee...(Flexo/Bender)
