I see someone else has love for Tohma Seguchi!
As of late I've been reading Tohma/Shuichi fanfics almost nonstop.
Second favorite slash pairing: Itsuki/Kyon (TMoHS)
Third: Yuuri/Wolfram, Shinou/Murata, Yozak/Conrad, Gwendel/Yuuri, Adelbert/Yuuri (All KKM)
I tend to slash whatever anime I get involved it >.> It's rare I don't find something to slash. The most recent occurrence of this would be with Red Garden. I would love to see Hervy and Kate work out but I can see...no way that's happening.
Tohma/Shuichi? I had a friend that wrote a fic of that pairing 3nodding
Though, I prefer Tohma/Ryuichi.
And I'm not even to the gay pairings haha. I'm just attracted to cute fluffy stories >_> Not that I have anything against those that are, just saying.

I'm probably going to get laughed at from here to the end of the earth but, I slash Misato and Shinji from NGE... >_>;
Though, Misato/Kaji is pretty nice, too.
And I would say I slash KuroFai, but I believe it's no longer considered slash, hahaa.

And Mawata/Goh sounds cute! x3 Even if he is a perv. Zero went all crazy. ANd personally, if I was him I wouldn't want to date Yuuki after everything. I still like the pairing tho - but I like this one too. XD And I think Go would be nice once he got over his pervyness. He would treat her right.

Same here. After what happened in the manga with then, I think they are more than slash. But CLAMP tends to to do that with a lot of their characters. My slash favorites- Utena/Touga or Utena/Akio from Utena Bulma/Yamcha or Vegeta/Yamcha from Dragonball I can't really think of much since I usually support main pairings like Sakura/Shaoran

I always loved Digimon slash, back in the day (*^__^*)
My favourite pairings were Daisuke/Ken and Daisuke/Hikari.
My all-time favourite pairing is Nana Komatsu/Nobu. I haven't read NANA #19 yet, so perhaps my dream had yet to come true...? XP

LxLight - D Note (so sue me)
CliffxAlbel - Not sure but I have a ton of pictures of them
EnvyxEd - FMA (probably my most favorite pairing and the one that got me started)
SephxCloud - FF7 (I don't care if they make no sense at all)
ShinxYankumi - The Gokusen (only straight pairing?!)

Franciso/Curio from Romeo x Juliet.
Perfect Pair, Golden Pair, Silver Pair, Platinum Pair, Emerald Pair, Uke Pair, Sanada/Yukimura and Thrill Pair from The Prince of Tennis.
Yuuri/Wolfram and Gwendal/Gunther from KKM!.
