So not including the hundred or so cheesy romance novels I've read the most recent stuff I read would be:

"We'll always have Parrots" by Donna Andrews. Comedy and Mystery all is one, can't go wrong.

The MacKalya Lane books by Karen Moning. Fae (Fairy), humans, Ireland and one giant mystery. Two books out as of right now, waiting for the next...

The Mercy Thomas Series by Patricia Briggs. More supernatual creatures. (sensing a theme yet?)

Currently reading: "Threshold" by Caitlin R. Kiernan. Just started this today while at work, only a few chapters in but so far so good.

Anita Blake Vampire Huter series by Laurell K Hamilton (Waiting for the next one to come out in June)

Merry Gentry series by Laurell K Hamilton (up for debate if I am going to reread this series in the near future....)
