I CAN'T BELIEVE YUUKI KISSED KANAME! INCEST! EWWW!
I've watched about three episodes of the anime, and they veered off the plot line almost immediately. I mean, it's still good, and the story doesn't change, I think they just switched around yuuki's encounter with the vamp in town to a lot earlier. That and they changed a few other things. I don't like the art so much - it looks really pointy to me. =< But it's still good. =D

Vampire knight is on my top ten favorite animes. I love it. Its by the same author of Meruperi also a great series.

[Spoiler warning] I think Kaname's trying to bring that guy, Rido? anyways, they guy that's in shiki's body back to life, because he couldn't kill him before, so instead of having him take over people's bodies, he's decided to just go the heck with it and let him live. Stupid I think. Then what did he kill whats-her-face for? Ugh. stupid kaname. and I can't beliee Zero pointed a gun at yukki!! D= noo, Zero, don't be bitter! nuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!

And so far I'm pretty happy with the anime. The style's pretty far off and too sketchy, but I can suck it up because I'm enjoying seeing it come to life. As for the storyline, it's like they're sticking into it for the most part MINUS that little vampire guy and the chick WTF, but all-in-all, I think they're doing alright considering how much more they could have butchered it. :'D

Yeah, must be. but I also haven't been around many other fans who've read ahead either. I dunno. I seem to have a terrible time remembering to check it - I'll have to write myself a note to do it tomorrow.

I stumbled upon Vampire Knight through Meru Puri. I loved that series and the styling so much, that I had to find more from the author. It made me laugh because when I saw the manga on the shelf, I put it down. The synopsis sounded way too cheesy to me. xD And now I'm slightly obsessed. >.>
i love vampire knight i go to manga scans and one manga to see the rest when other volumes of vampire knight are not even out yet ... ^_^ its just so ecxiting to see what happens in the next chapter!

Dude, I'm giving this up - it's been getting really creepy lately. I'm sorry, blood I can handle ok, but incest is just gross. I don't want to read that. I'll find some spoilers . . .
I first began Vampire Kinght in Shojo Beat but I am now reading it on manga fox. It is at the top of my list I myself love both the manga and the anime but if I had to choose I would say the manga is better and I read the latest chapter this morning and I thought it was good im for {kanameXYukii}though ^^ thats my weird side kicking in lol im a hard yaoi fan so brotherXsister is like nothing to me ^^
