Loved the book. I was hooked as soon as i started to read it. Though before my friends told me about it i never actually listen to them so i was a bit late in reading them but still it was awesome. It also shown a whole new light on vampires and werewolves. Wonderful story!

to 01Jenny01, you can find them at your locale bookstore or library... and evil angel of light the movie is good...you should see it. They are making New Moon into a movie and it should be coming into theaters next year...but whats sad is that Hardwick left...but i don't remember why so they have the person who directed the Golden Compass directing New Moon and Taylor L is still going to play Jacob...so be on the look out for New Moon!!

Eh... I like the series, but it is quite a bit cheesy. There are waaay better books out there. The books are good, but (I have a feeling I'm going to be facing flames) I think Edward is a rather dull character. He just doesn't get any development at all and is all around too perfect.

Yes, of course, I've read the series. I agree there are better books out there. I agree with waterdolphin777 Edward was too perfect. I preferred Jacob.

warning if you have not read the series then do not read this overall i loved the series allow their were many things that were annoying. the whole second book was a bit eritating. first off i respect jacob for all he does to save bella but edward just needs to get over himself. if he loves bella and she loves him then he should not have left. dont get me wrong im as big an edward fan as any but sometimes enough is enough. the third book was good but poor jacob. his heart gets pulled around so much that if he wasn't a werewolf im sure he would have died from it. bella really needed to just cut him loose but then of course he would not have left and if he did he would not have imprinted on her daughter in the last book. i mean come on... the kid explains jacobs enfatuation with bella but the fact that she had a kid just ticks me off. maybe its irrational but the whole pregnancy with teens or barely over teens is way to used in our society. asside from the actual teen pregnancies that are already happening. the only good part about it was imagining how badly edward is going to kick jacob's a** for someday decoming her boyfriend or husband. hahaha. the series was awsome but the movie was horrible. even if you had not read the books to compare them it was still pretty bad. they completly ruined jasper. he was supost to be a semi dark mysterious and definatly BA kind of vampire but instead he was just... just... for lack of a better word, weird. the cgi stuff was bad like when edward was climbing up the tree. it was horrible. honestly i thing that the only character that was right was carlisle. anyone that liked the movie dont get mad just because our opinions are different and they definatly could have made it better. back to the actual books. the best one was the first one. romance, mystery it was all there. that book had it all. even if its rise to popularity was slow.

I'd say that Edward was a tool, but that would imply that he actually had a personality. He's worse than a tool. He's ink on paper. No depth at all.
