A friend of mine was posting on his computer. I asked him about the little character which he explained was an avatar. I thought it was cute and wanted an avatar of my own.

lurichan How did you stumble upon this place known as gaia? Was it a friend who brought you into it's folds, or some other force that compelled you to join this particular online community? Do you have any regrets? well for me my friend Jess was on here and every time i would talk to her she said she was on gaiaonline so one day i thought i would sign up and see what it was all about and i never looked back. I try to get all my friends to get on here because it is so cool. biggrin

My friend from camp told me about Gaia. I regret ever coming here... turned me from someone that a lot of people loved to an anti-social emo person... well more of an emo person

A combination of my me finally caving into my anime-tard-ness(and my friends' poking and prodding) and this girl that oftentimes sat next to me when i wasted time in the computer lab after school constantly going on Gaia.

I was brought here by a link in quizilla.
I joined five days after my '05 birthday, it was the first site I joined when actualy thirteen.
I regret not getting thank you letters and halloween items in '05.

Few of my online friends were telling me about it. I tried to join but i didn't get my conformation emails ever......so i left for a year (really i could only lurk).thene my GF at the time badgered me to come here...so i did and i never looked back
