The vice captain is already taken. But that person is in charge of the guild when I'm not around. And make sures everyones on topic and does not flame anyone.

As for the treasury I'm not sure if I want to keep that because I don't have time to buy this and that for contest. For best fan art and fanfiction. Also essays.
