It depends on how she enters it. Is it an invasion or is it just a walk through. I thought I had permission to take over the Dragon Kingdom, but I didn't. My solution is that after nightfall, I'll deem the Dragon Kingdom unharmed, put the old ruler back in his position, and let Shik finish his story.
