She shut her eyes tight, disappointed in herself. The guild started to grow in her heart, feeling that the snake's venomous poison would feel better.]

[Echosong's ears laid flat against her head, her sharp claws digging into the soft soil.]
If only I haven't been afraid of that snake and let my stupid innocent behaviour take over...I could've ignored the fear of the snake and helped the others...
[She then revealed the sapphire shade of her eyes, feeling her right eye filled with a blob of cold tear.] Did I just...hear Freezeshadow's voice? [She did, as she heard the deep tone echo in her ears. She felt the tear coming from her right eye as she starred down at the injured tom, his fur almost covered in red.] "F-Freezeshadow!" Echosong stammered, feeling relieved that the tom was alive. [Her first friend...he's alive!.] "Shhh, you must rest-" Echosong bit her tongue, stopped herself from speaking further. [She gazed down at Freezeshadow, with wide, bright sapphire eyes.] T-tell me something? Is he mad that I turned out to become a complete weakling in the middle of battle? Then the kit decided it was probably because she had to heal everyone from the snake attack. Lilykit felt useless. Yes, she was just a kit, and couldn't really do much, but Lilykit had a feeling she wouldn't be much use when she was an apprentice. She wasn't even sure she wanted to be an apprentice. Lilykit's thoughts swirled in her head until she felt tired of thinking. All she wanted was to be back in her human, no, Twoleg life. The black kit stared sadly at the sky.]««««...When your whole world changes?

[Freezeshadow thought plainly. He turned a bit to face her, it took all his energy to even turn. Freezeshadow let out a groan and rasped.] "I won't be able to train Spottedpaw until I'm all healed up...I want you to continue her training...who knows when those snakes are going to come back...we could have more cats in Starclan by then." [Freezeshadow coughed a bit of blood and continued.] "I want you to tell me what happens to Spottedpaw and what your going to be teaching her, I'm trusting you in doing this." [Freezeshadow looked weakly over to Lilykit, she seemed so helpless. He took a breathe and meowed.] "One more thing, how about you train Lilykit as well, a bit. She seems to have nothing better to do, and she could get herself killed if she's can't fight the snakes...and please get me something to eat..." [Dragonfire watched Echosong go to Freezeshadow's side and listened quietly from her hiding place. A felling of sadness washed over her to see the great warrior in this state and to hear that her freind Spottedpaw would be without a mentor temporarily. Secretly she had always cared for Freezeshadow but she would never tell anyone of course! When she heard of Freezeshadow needing something to eat she then remembered that her and Petalpaw were out hunting before she rushed of into battle. She picked up the mouse and bird she had caught and walked out into the open, ignoring the pain and immense burning in her shoulder made when she moved. Gently she placed the pray before him and looked at him, saying nothing. She then turned and tried to leave the den but almost stumbled over Lillykit. Her face grew fierce with rage until she realized that it was just a seaclan kitten.] "Watch were your going next time. I almost didnt see you there."

She didnt want to say it was because she was worried, but she didnt want to completely ignore him.] "....I, was just coming in and i happened to have pray with me is all. And im fine, dont worry about me. I can handle a bite on my won." [She turned to Cloudfang when she entered the medicine den and inspected her wounds. Dragonfire calmed her fire in the medicine cat's presence and sat still until Coudfang had finished her work. The bit of poison Thor had injected burned as it was drawn out.] I guess alittle rest couldnt hurt....

You need to rest, otherwise these wounds will only get worse. You are a strong and brave warrior, Dragonfire. But if you do not take the time to let the wound heal, it could cause you double the damage."
