'Click Clack Click Clack'

Her heels clicked with every step she took. Her white tresses fluttering behind her as she walked. She was holding a bag of white coat she had bought from one of the shops earlier. She breathed a sigh, recalling her favourite coat with two large holes torn down the back. On the plus side, at least she has an excuse to roam the streets of Cerise as a treat for herself, considering the fact she was bedridden for two whole days due to high fever and a cold. Soaking in sea water late at night in the middle of winter wasn't exactly the best idea.

'Tch, don't even remind me.'
'Zariel, don't tell me you're still mad about Orca being hostile to you.'
'I was just trying to help him! Geez!'
'It was late at night and you were dressed fully black. You look like a soul reaper to be honest-'

Ynez laughed as Zariel fell silent once again. As hot headed as always, that girl. Drinking and eating nothing but vegetable juice and porridge, she'd love herself some coffee and dessert right now and Moonbucks seemed not too far from where she stood. She pushed open the door and the bell chimed.

Ah.

She took a deep breath. The strong fragrance of coffee made her heart flutter. She stepped in line, deciding on what to order. She took off her white faux fur coat, as it apoeared to be warmer inside. "Good morning." she greeted the man standing in front of her. She usually doesn't greet people out of the blue considering her quiet nature but she was in a good mood and she'd like to spread some smiles around.

"It's a little warmer today, isn't it?" she smiled.

"I'll have an Espresso, a chocolate cake slice and a pie slice. Thank you." she took out her purse.

'You're going to get fat.'
"Oh, come on, Zariel. You won't get fat from a couple slices of cake."
'This is our body we're talking here- Ynez- cancel the ord-'

"Shh now, Zariel. Didn't you say you liked vigorous sports? You can sweat them out later~!" Ynez let out a lighthearted chuckle as she made her payment. She deserves to treat herself to something nice once in a while and she's not letting this rare chance slip. She laughed as Zariel clicked her tongue, then fell silent almost instantly the moment she realised she was talking out loud this whole time. Ah, well. The perks of having a split personality disorder, she supposed. She shook her head gently and apologized to the male beside her.

"Sorry about that." she murmured, her face fell slightly in the process. "Guess we'll have to wait another year until it starts snowing again. That's kind of depressing." she shrugged. Complaining about it wouldn't make it any colder, she might as well just suck it up. Her gaze glanced around for an empty seat, it took her a while until she noticed an empty table in the corner. Why are there so many people today? Is there any special occasion or some sort? She breathed a sigh, there's only that particular table vacant at this moment and it doesn't seem as if the customers will be leaving anytime soon.

"Um, you don't mind if we sit together, right? There's only a table vacant-" she asked, seemingly troubled.

She thanked the raven haired man for his kind gestures before sitting herself down with her drinks and desserts. Once again, she faced the decision to either introduce herself as Ynez or just brush everything off as "Leia'. Her eyes were downcast, gaze fixed upon the creamy chocolate delight placed perfectly in the center or her plate. The next time she spoke would be the moment her gaze meets his.

"I'm Ynez but you can call me Leia, if it's easier for you to differentiate between the two personalities in this body." she took a sip out of her drink, looking at him with her eye that was free unlike her other bandaged one, observing for any possible traces of confusion on his face.

Their faces neutral, yet their eyes revealed their emotions. How judgemental they were to those different than them. She didn't mind. She got used to it. Soleil seemed to have quite the number of non-human beings so she assumed he'd be as accepting compared to the people living in the human society. "What's your name?"

"Oh? Was it obvious?" she asked, her fork cutting a small piece of dessert. "I wasn't doubting you. Sorry if it rubbed you the wrong way. When people find something different from them, they automatically start to judge. Not that I mind much. Like they always say, the first thought is what we're conditioned to think. It's the next thought that decides what type of a person you are. I guess I've started to grow fond of the people in Soleil. They're much more accepting here, it almost feels like I'm home." she took a bite out of her dessert, seemingly amused with the people in town. They were very much different from the rest, which was probably the reason why she had felt such comfort here.

She pushed the pie to the center of the table, her hands gesturing for him to dig in. "Feel free to take a bite if you'd like." she offered.

Guess the people here are different, after all.

"Oh yes, very different." a chuckle escaped her lips as she murmured.

"To be honest, I honestly think I was born in the wrong place. Such a shame though, it was such a pretty country, too." she took a sip out of her drink, laughing a little at the thought. She could always return home whenever she wanted. She just have to make sure she's some where isolated from people whenever she transforms. As for Soleil, there wasn't any need for her to worry about that.

She held her hands partway up in surrender, shaking it in denial before dropping them again. "Oh no, I thought you might want some but then again, you would've ordered something if you wanted to eat. Sorry." she smiled, her fork digging into the pie. The sweet fragrance spread throughout her mouth as she took a bite. She let out a content sigh, an expression of pure bliss plastered upon her face. "I wouldn't mind gaining weight over these, they're too good." she chuckled.

"Quite the serious person aren't you?" She answered him with a smile, helping herself to the pie she ordered until what was left on the plate were the crumbs and small crusts. "Around a week or two. It's a nice place, the clear ocean's a bonus point." she answered, taking a sip from her drink and wincing away from the heat. She noticed his gaze shifting to the counters every now and then and she took a bite out of her remainjng desserts.

"Am I perhaps interfering something important? I'm almost done with my desserts. I can always take my leave after?" she asked. Ot wouldn't be wise of her to take up a busy stranger's time.
