*Kero shrugs*
Some creatures have the ability to see through invisibility, some don't. Bez doesn't have it....but the reason he's suprised is mine is one of the greatest of Invisibility powers.
*Looks at him*
But enough of that...apparently you can...but let me try this.
*Turns into air itself*

The boy looks at him closely and scratches hs head. "You are fuzzy... but still there..." he says softly, then gets worried when a brize picks up in the clearing and Kerobian begins to drift sideways. "Mes'sirrah!" he cries in alarm.

*Kero reforms*
Interesting....but enough for today. Let's go home and start lessons for you....I think we'll start with math.
Now....can you add, subtract, multiply, and divide?

He blinks at Kerobian in confusion. Simple village life has had much of a call for the last two.

*Kero looks at him*
Okay....what's three plus three?

He thinks for an instant then answers, "Three, mes'sirrah."

*Kero nods*
Okay...I know where to begin, then.
How about reading...can you read? Or write?

Again the boy blinks at him. Reading wasn't high on the list either.

*Kero nods, and pulls a stack of books out of the Void when they get home, setting them on the table...he hands the first two to Passura...a primer for letters, and a primer for math, to teach him basic addition and subtraction, as well as the basics of reading*
Now, here's how reading works, Passura...every letter on a page makes a sound...and the sounds string together to make words....like this....
*Scratches a P-A-S-S-U-R-A into the sandbox he conjures*
Look those up, and see what sound they make....the book is magic...tap the page, and you get the sound of that letter.

*Kero nods, understanding*
Okay....let's start from the beginning. There are twenty six of these shapes...see how some of them repeat, here in the sand?

Passura nods hesitantly. He can see how the sticks and worms repeat but now how they make up his name.

*Kero nods*
Every one of those shapes is called a letter, and it represents a sound we make when we speak....like this one.
*Points to the P*
That is the letter P....and it makes the "puh" sound....make sense so far?

*Kero nods*
Now...there are twenty six of these letters....and they combine to make all the words we speak....make sense?
