April 23, Saturday, Morning [Castle Tipa, Foyer to Practice Room] Time Skip After doing some jobs to help with the Festival's Set up Finly, my Rainbow Mermaid... You don't mind if I craft you a nice Rainbow Assistant Outfit for you? Shall we? Blumiere said to Finly then got ready to preform his magic act toward his Little Mermaid.
"By the Light of the Full Moon, Glow of the Sun & Stars in the Sky, it's time to do what must be done..." *Blumiere casts his spell as we see him in his Phantom Magician Attire* 1... 2... 3! "My Fortune Smile upon us in an effort to do good for the world." *Blumiere makes his Silk Hat appear taps his wand on it and out pops a lovely magician's assistant outfit for Finly that's her Pastel Color along with a Silk Hat handed to her by his Doves* Here you are, Finly.
Anyway, once the talent stage is ready tomorrow, how about we sign up for Tipa's Talent Stage Contest. I bet everyone will love our magic show.

Blumiere said to Finly and works his magic and before long, a bunch of balloons shaped like Blumiere burst out the window and into the Practice Room. And presto changeo! Blumiere taps his hat with his wand making more balloons preform his dance before returning to his hat Finly, how was that? Care to make your silk hat appear and make Doves appear from it? I would be honored to teach you.
