confuzzled1950 Oh, come now, all I did was touch you with my paw. I know better than to bite things bigger than me. Well most of the time I won't bite anything bigger than me. There was this rat once that tried to eat my lunch. The cat would have continued but he happened to notice that everyone was staring at him. Um, yea, I can talk, ok? Gee wiz, haven't you people heard of talking cats before? Zel asks jumping down to the deck. He ignores their stunned expressions and begins cleaning his fur, finding an itch that suddenly needed scratching. Of course I've heard of them...I am one somwtimes, remeber, putty-tat? *Spits a spark at the cat for pawing his wing*

Well, you don't look like one and you certainly don't smell like one either, says the cat hoping straight up into the air. It comes down on all fours and arches it's back, hissing back at the dragon.

The cat gets ready to jump, but he looks rather comical with his rump in the air and his tail waving like a miniature flag. In fact his behavior has you all in stitches. Seeing this, he sits up and stares at everyone. I am a brave cat I am, really I am. He whines plaintively. And you, dragon, don't scare me in the least. You can see he is trying to be serious, but there is a hint of uncertainty in his voice.

The cat pretends not to see the acid eating away at the meat and begins washing his ears, but he is so upset by the sight that mid-swipe he loses control over his shape and goes neko. There is a human sized black neko-demon sitting on the deck licking the side of his hand and rubbing at his ear.

Lyssan and truth be told, we'd be better off not trying to attract attention while in port either... austin's ship is going to catch enough eyes as it is... in fact... austin, with your permission, i'd like to use you and the ship as a decoy while kero, zel and i go to the archival house to et a copy of the chart we need.... Austin walks up the steps his hand on the pommel of his cutlass sheathed at his side..."Will there be lots of armed guards?"...The pirate asks with a nervous look on his face..

confuzzled1950 He smells good, comes a thought through everyone's mind. It sounds just like Zel, a rather soft baritone, and not at all like a cat, much less a kitten. he reaches out and bats at Kero's wing, touching it tentatively as if he is expecting some sort of reaction. Yah know what Ive had it!(Austin starts shooting the cat on the wheel it scampers for its life desperately dodging the bullets just as Austin was about to reload Lyssan grabs his arm) Enough! this is not the time or place to express your hate cause your annoyed you are going to be meeting with a very dangerous man you might as well learn as much as you can about him not shoot a cat! But he is obviously trying to get on my nerves(Austin yanks his arm from lyssan he aims but Lyssan steps in front of the barrel) Captain if you would be so kind move(Austin try's to shift his aim over her shoulder but she follows the barrel)LYSSAN MOVE! If you are going to shoot someone then shoot me!(Austin looks at her) Fine!(he cocks his revolver and places it against Lyssans fore head) the rest of them waited for the gunshot but Austin just stood there his hand began to shake tremble he tried to keep it steady but he lost control Well what are you waiting for...said Lyssan not a drip of sweat down her face... Austin remembered his father...the ear piercing bang before the stinging pain that turned unbearable pain he remembered the next thing he saw was the alley which he escaped to he had ran he didn't know how he managed to but he did it he survived. the ground beneath him was a growing pool of blood he put his hand over his eye grabbed a rag and tied it tight he hid in the alley for the next week stealing from bakers to survive he eventually got a job as a weapons smith there he learned how to craft his first sword and the very revolver that was clattering in his hand pointed at his most trusted friend.... Austin dropped the gun. "I cant do it" Lyssan pats him on the back "thank you Austin for making the right decision Austin stares at his pistol then the sea and sighs
