Well the people who play Desmond and Juliet are listed as staring cast members, so yes I think you should add them to the main character list.
Rose and Bernard are only re-curring though, so keep them on the minor list.

Minor change in the N/P episode title. It is actually Exposé not Expos.
The kate episode is titled "Left Behind".
Juliet's episode is actually called "One of Us". "The Truth About Lying" is actually episode 21, and will be Charlie Centric.
Jin's episode is titled "D.O.C."
Desmond's Episdoe is to be called "Catch-22"

*sigh* It's time for this season's third "jack-back". Episode 19 is Jack Centric and will be called "The Brig". It's amazing to me that a character that was supposed to die at the end of the first episode has such a "rich" back story. Ah well...
TPTB have changed the title of the Charlie episode too. It's now called "Greatest Hits", not "The Truth About Lying".
Exciting news about episode 20 though. It's called "The Man Behind the Curtain" (lost loves Wizard of Oz refrences eh?) and will be DHARMA centric.
EDIT: I just noticed that you have 24 episodes listed for this season. Sadly there will be only 23. Why we keep losing an episode each season is beyond me...

MeriThranduiliell We have to lose an episode AND we get stuck with another Jack episode? xp Rumors are floating around that The Brig is actually Sawyer centric, that episdoe 20 is Ben centric and that the season finale is actually a jack-back. I'm praying it's not true, and until it get more confimation I'm not changing anything.

"The Brig" is either Locke or Sawyer Centric. Nobody seems to be sure. The Dharma episode may be as close to a Ben centric episode that we'll get this season. gonk
The producers are saying this Jack episode will blow our minds and they are super excited about it. I still have my doubts. Two hours of Jack-backs. *shudders*
Maybe we'll get lucky and Jack will die like he was supposed to 3 seasons ago...

But actually, I heard that there is NO real flashback in The Brig. With a name like that, and no flashback, it could actually be pretty cool. Could. Well, they said No Traditional Flashback. So... Like The Other 48 Days? That was non-traditional. Update: Updated. The last episode is about Jack, King of Cretins. Oh, Jack.
