he takes off his outer helmet to reveal a more advanced looking one underneath. part of the helmet near the mouth opens and he begins eating
his armor switches places as the helmet was removed and a blue energy came from the helmet
Heln: "fine" he begins eating as well. "Nice armor Hedron"
Hedron: he shrugs

"Sellsword? Haven't heard that term before. But it sounds applicable. How long have you been a mercenary?" She considered tossing another piece of meat at Heln, just to be a jerk, but decided against is because he was actually sitting down and eating like she wanted. "Do you ever take your armour off, I wonder?"

"'Sellsword' is a term that comes from medival times, when mercenaries used swords instead of guns. It fits, and I like it. Anyway, It's been about... 10 years now."

Ashoc started at that. "Just how old are you? You don't seem very old to me."

Roland laughed. "I'm twenty-six. Often times mercenaries go into this line of work at a young age"

"Oh, alright," she laughed, relieved. "I just thought you were younger, so ten years would make you ridiculously young for starting mercenary work." Ashoc chewed her food contemplatively. "I don't know how old I am. Funny. I never really thought about it before. I didn't have a name. I don't know how old I am. It's kinda like I'm... blank, in a way."

Roland finished his meal, and sat back with his arms crossed. "Huh, how odd. So, you have no memory of your past? I'm a bit confused now..."

"I don't remember... anything, really. I just... remember faces, I don't know who all of them are, and I remember my work. But that's it, and I can feel there's something more. I think I blocked my own memories." She gazed away absently, concentrating on self reflection for a while, then shook her head. "Sorry for confusing you, I'm not good at explaining things when I get caught up in the details of a thought, instead of the whole of it."

"Interesting. Nah, don't worry about it, I'm just easily confused." Roland stood up and took his plate to the sink. "So... when are we gonna do this job?"

Ashoc finished the last bit of food on her plate and closed her eyes contentedly. She then stood and put her plate in the sink as well, eyes still closed. "I guess now. Especially since I have nothing left to throw gently at Heln to distract him. All I have is plates and utensils. And last time I tried that, it didn't go so well for either of us. I wonder if I still have the scar, I can't see for myself." She grinned and opened her eyes once more, looking over at Heln. "I'm sorry for that, again. Especially since we were on a mission. But you were being a jerk."

Heln: "Don't worry I get that all the time"
Hedron: he shook his head regarding the question on how much he wore his armor. he had always been in his armor, no one but his mother had seen his body before. he continues eating but finishes quick and follows Ashoc to clean his plate

Elcia listened to the talk of age as she ate and wondered at how acturact Ashoc's aim was dispite being blind. So the mercinary was 26 and the girl she figured must be near the same age range. She guessed that Heln was perhaps the oldest of the three she was certain where human. Hedron was a complete mystery to her yet. For a moment she felt completely out of place amoung them but she realized that Daedalus perhaps had the oddest age amoung them.
"I'm sure we can be off very soon." She told Heln finishing off the last of her food.

"Mmmph. I'm not human, Elcia. I'm made of chaos. I just look and act human. My blood is a deep purple apparently, if that's any indication to you of my inhumanity." She smiled crookedly. "And I don't always act blind, people tell me," she told her, laughing a little. "I'm an odd one."

"I'm a manifestation of chaos. Chaos took form and made me. I'm not a very strong manifestation, though. But making chaos is what I do, is who I am. I'm so sorry for confusing you all over again. But really, there is a reason I'm not good with people, cause I'm not a person. Not sure why I'm blind, though. Makes life interesting, I guess."
