"Now, why didn't I think of that..." grumbles Tam with a touch of self derision. He nuzzles the cub's head in gratitude and tries once again to go back to sleep.

Finally Tam can take it no more and he conjurers an enormous lion sized breath right strip and plasters it across Hopian's nose.

Suddenly Tam gets a bright idea and conjours two pairs of Bose noise cancellation headphones. He places one pair on Kerobian's head and the other on his own. Then with a blissful sigh of relief he zonks.

When he wakes up, he sees both Kerobian and Tam curled up, out cold, with headphones on their heads. Only they don't seem to be connected to anything.
