"I was being completely serious," Marcus says coldly, "But either way, we won't accomplish anything just standing around. I didn't drop anything on the way down here." The mage walks towards the passage, not looking back to see the expressions of the others.

In response the mage pulls himself up onto the giant wolf's back, behind Ayu. He finally looks back a Ty and Mia, and remembers that Mia has suffered enough, without him being cold and pushing everyone away. "You two coming?" he asks kindly.

Ayu smiled and looked down at the back of Arty's neck. She put her head down and remember that there is a collar on him.

"I'm ready," Marcus says, "But getting a good grip could be hard with my staff." What he says is true, with his staff held firmly in his right hand he has little way of holding on while Arty makes his way through the passage.

"You could hold onto Ayu. Put your staff in front of her and hang on to it, that should hold you on as long as she can stay on and if it is okay with her of course..." Ty peeks around Mia.
