Hi. I'm Saru. My friends atually call me Monkey so you can call me that I guess. I'm learning Japanese because..... I want to?... And I have nothing else useful to do this summer. The internet is my only resource to learn Japanese. But I'm wondering why I chose to learn Japanese instead of Cambodian, which is where my parents are from. Oh well.

im learning japanese cuase' i want to know more
becuase i speak more spanish than japanese...
and i wan't to learn more about my culture.. 4laugh

hi ^_^ I'm Caitlin. Me and a bunch of my friend already enjoy pretty much everything else about Japanese culture, but seem to be having a bit of trouble learning the language. What we know, we've probably learned from songs. ^_^

My name is Kitty and I started learning Japanese some years ago but not actually in classes, only through watching anime's in Japanese w/english subtitles. I will be starting Japanese classes this upcoming school year and in the mean time I still learn through anime's, though the music (I love Japanese music, American music is too ain stream and redundant) and my friends who all know Japanese and went to Japan last month. smile
The culture facsinates me, the clothing style, the music everything about it! I plan to live in Japan when I leave college so I wish to learn as much and know as much as I can. ::bows:: Otomodachi?

Konnichiwa mina! (hello everyone) watashi no namae wa Ichigo desu (my name is Ichigo. I'm sososo interested in Japanese I love the language,culture,andschool uniforms.(I wish my uniform was as cool as their's. I also love tokyo mew mew,fruits baskets,cardcaptors,and jpop such as Chieko Kawabe. I don't take Japanese lessons but my dream is to be a teacher in Japan. I hope I can get some really good advice!
