 "Don't worry. I got one at my place. I like to stargaze myself at night when i was home. Lets go." Kalen said as he summoned his keyblade using it to open a light portal to the small island on Destiny islands.

Rice grunted and reached up with his mouth to take the bamboo that Jaster was currently holding. Once eating it, he made quick work of the meal and huffed. "Let's go!" Amu said as he raced into the light portal, Yama trailing behind him. "Such sorrow. I knew that you held such when we first met." Light Reiko replied and frowned, looking quite sorry for both Eric and the princess of this world. "But how are you able to stay if you are indeed from another time entirely? If you shall protect us as you say, you will most certainly not be appreciated for talking a break to go into your home time."

Rose smiled
"Sweet!" she then followed Amu and Yama thru the light portal.Jaster chuckled and got a few more down for Rice.
"just let me know if your full, aite Rice?"Eric sighed "That's the thing, I know im going to sound like a child but I don't want to go back. No matter what time line the future holds, I'll never see her again. If I leave, everything I do will become a new person, its time's way of patching things up. The new person will make sure to make her happy, but it will never be me. She'll forget about me but I'll never forget about her." He looks at Reiko sleeping peacefully in his arms, he wanted to cry. "and so, I want to stay with her, become Taogonia's protector. The only part of me that will remain here, no matter what, would be my heart that I bound with the keyhole. That part of me will become faceless to everyone, including you, forever guarding this world's heart, and you. My aunt and uncle took jobs at the academy for a long time before returning back home. Kalena wept when they left, as all mothers would. They pulled her into their time to eliminate the darkness from the timeline that is good. I remember it faintly, they begged her to stay but she refused and left. Then she appeared as if it were her own time, time never needed to correct itself. With me though, it will never be as simple." He looked back at Light Reiko. "and so....I don't want to go back to my own timeline. Kalena and Jaster stabilized time with my being here in this timeline. Its no wonder why Kalena, my own grandmother, tried to keep me so close to her, to shelter me from meeting anyone, but even as a kid I knew that someone was missing. Now I don't feel it." He then closed his eyes "i'd rather die and give my heart to this world than to return back to my own timeline....time would reset and create someone new in my place. I would be back in my own time, remembering everything....never to find love again. My heart would forever be this world's guardian, Kalena would have created me a new heart, she can do that....she will say 'its better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all'....I can just hear it. Even with a replacement heart, my heart will always belong to Reiko, my beloved. Even if I come across her in the future, she'll just see me as a little kid....with no memory of me." He caught his tears falling before they hit Reiko. ((im sorry, when it hits emotional parts like this, I tend to ramble.))

Rice continued his meal for several minutes before grunting again, swallowing the last bit of bamboo that was currently in his mouth. Full and content, the panda began to sniffle Jaster's hand. "Interesting." Light Reiko commented before sitting down next to Eric. "So you're not even her age as well."

Jaster smiled
"I can understand panda speak, if you have anything to say" he patted Rice's head.
"actually, any language, with this" he pointed to his ear piece, fashioned of a metal not yet found.Eric looked to Light Reiko "actually, I am. Im the same age as her, well...a few months younger....but that's after you account for time travel. Im 30 years in the future....30 or so....it varies which future....the good future, the one that my family has a kingdom, its only 15 years, but im a kid....30 years, that's the bad one, the one im here to prevent, im a kid, then add in.." he counts on his fingers.. "about...13 years or so....after losing Reiko...that's how you see me now, im 16 now." He brushes back his white, slightly grey hair, from his face. His blue eyes now looking at Reiko once more. "In a way, im devoted to her. I felt the darkness I was in go away when I first met Reiko....on that fated day at the academy, I was a child then...crawling thru the air vents at the academy just to avoid any contact...heh...I fell in her lap...." he was blushing. "and once I laid my eyes on Reiko the very first time, all the darkness in my mind went away, all the anger and despair I was in, just vanished. I think she was startled but I was also the only one who could understand and speak her language. I knew from that moment on that she was special, someone I have to keep protected." He looked at Light Reiko, he then realized he was off topic and he rubbed the back of his head. "im sorry, I have trouble speaking in front of crowds, but when I talk about those I care about, I tend to talk a lot..."

Rice nodded and yawned, looking up at Jaster while laying his head down. "It's fine. I....The princess is a good listener. I've inherited it from her as well." Light Reiko said, smiling at Eric.

Jaster smiled and he and Rice vanished only to reappear where Reiko was, except a few rooms away.
"Reiko should be in one of these rooms..." he said then hearing Eric talking.
"heh....time to confront him...." he continued to carry Rice until he found Eric and ReikoEric nodded to Light Reiko "with what I can understand, you and Reiko are the same in a way now. With her heart connected to yours, and that, the world." He heard the clanking of metal boots, he sighed "Future Jaster is coming, probably to talk to me about the problems of me staying, but ive made up my mind and that's that!" "my boots aren't that loud" Jaster said walking in, the sound of his metal boots on the floor was indeed a dead giveaway that it was him, at least to Eric.
He gently laid Rice down and looked to Eric
"you know that you cant stay here much longer, Eric. Not without becoming trapped here in this timeline."Eric nodded "i know, but you know my heart yearns for hers, as yours yearns for Lillith" Jaster looked away, he was extremely battle scarn, and with what you would hope were tattoos on his arms, because they looked so sickening.
"the last time I saw her was in this very timeline. I stopped looking for her, because I know she can find me."
He looked at Light Reiko, he looked a lot older now than he did earlier outside. Then he looked at Reiko.
"your right, she ageless no matter her age. Anyway, Eric, you know that if you die in this timeline, you'll be forced to come back to my timeline as a pipsqueak."Eric nodded "yeah, I get it, old man." "im not that old. Only 50.....your grandmother is at least............know what...." he then shook his head raising his hands as if to drop the conversation
"there may be people from 'the bad time' looking for you if they figure out time travel. They'll endanger everything, especially her, to get to you"Eric looked down, his bangs covering his face. He did think of that "then.....i'll just...i'll stop them before they get to her or anywhere. If I have to, i'll kill them" Jaster rubbed his head.
"well.....alright......but this may be the last time you see me. Mabye not though"Eric nodded, he looked at Jaster "yeah, us, time traveling bandits." he chuckled "but really, I want to stay with her." Jaster nods
"shes close to waking up."

"well, its time I be off. I'll try to find a way to keep contact." he said disappearing Eric smiles then looks at Light Reiko. "heh, that's Jaster for you" he gently holds Reiko's hand

"Ah. That Jaster fellow. He's very handsome." Light Reiko giggled to herself before looking to Eric. "So it is decided then? You'll stay here and defend the world?" Reiko grumbled in her sleep, waking up as she held Eric's hand, and cuddled to him.

Eric chuckled at Light Reiko's response to Jaster "that's him 30 years in the future. Right now hes 16 I think." Eric nodded "I made it long ago when I came back this time, that i'd never leave. I have someone fighting for. A people to fight for as well." he had a gentle, warming smile. He held Reiko close "I love you Reiko, and I never want to leave you."

Reiko kissed Eric and smiled athim before quickly looking to Light Reiko. "Uhn....Who's this?" She asked, slightly tired. Light Reiko now looked just like a clone of Reiko, except for her white hair, which was a false giveaway. She was no longer bathed in light to hide her form. "To make this short and easy, I'm you. Sort of. I'm the keyhole guardian of your world, Princess." Reiko simply stared, looking at Eric. "Am I dreaming again?"

Eric smiled to Reiko "no my dear, she is the heart of the world, she is you while the heart of the world." he says gently "I gave part of my heart to be the guardian to protect her while I stay here with you" he smiled "because I love you with all my heart."

"Oh." Reiko said, looking quite stunned by Light Reiko. "It is true. We are one of the same. Think of us as twins" Light Reiko said while moving some hair behind her ears. "I love you too, my knight." Reiko replied to Eric, kissing him once more while beginning to sit up. "Thank goodness that festival comes once a year. I'm still exhausted." She said, stretching while she looking at the wall.
