Katsuie: *The gun was level with the ground as he stood ready to fired the rifle one handed. He closes his eyes before he pulls the trigger as though praying, then finally squeezed the trigger down: releasing the bullet*

Kasumi watched his hands carefully and just as he began to squeeze the trigger she threw her shield up as fast as possible. She managed to get it up in time but when the bullet hit it, her sheild shattered along with the bullet.
Kasumi gasped. "What.... what happened?"

Katsuie: "That is what it is suppose to do." *He gives a smile* "Upon impact the shield shatters with an emense glow that we are use to but others are not blinding them once the shield breaks down."

And right now it isn't here." *Stands at the ready to strike* "Just prepare for any sudden..." *Begins to quickly rush toward Kasumi despite his armor's weight* "STRIKE!!"

Kasumi coiled her neck back in surprise as he dashed towards her, she growled snapped at him on instinct. then remembered the shield lesson and threw one hastily up before he hit her.

~Rex fist hits the shield causing it to burst and shatter. He begins to back off rubbing his eyes~
Rex: "Man... to think I would be use to the light by now, huh, Master Katsuie?"
Katsuie: *laughs* "Our light is just a little brighter than Heaven's Own: Bestowed to us especial gifted like yourself, Lady Kasumi."
Rex: *Blinks franticly* "Wow! That was far too bright... I still can't seem to see anything except white."
Katsuie: "Then I suggest that you dissipate for now: or you won't be of much help for later requests."
~Rex mummbles to himself as he disappears~
Katsuie: "Are you satisfied now?"

"He'll be ok won't he?" she looked worriedly where he had disappeared. The light didn't hurt my eyes, it wasn't even that bright. Maybe it's like Rekkei said and it doesn't affect dragons. She thought.
