Vincent had looked at all the waiters just for Daryle, he was surprised Daryle wasn't as big as a house the way he ate. He looked at what he had ordered and smiled slightly as he mentally prepared how he was going to devour this meal. He began to eat and then saw Tork. He did NOT like Torok. "What in the hell are you doing here?" he asked with a frowned face. HE hadn't forgiven him for the things he pulled earlier.

Jeannie looked towards New York and continued eating. Apparently there were some unhappy people in that town. She didn't mind when Lucien took off as she finished her meal and her drink. Jeannie believed in timing and placing, and her arrival wasn't a mandatory one. The yacht continued to sail at a comfortable pace. She sighed as she soon got off, though the harbor was flooded awfully. Thanks Lucien, the harbors are flooded she thought. She would improvise though, certainly she would.

((TFP---Raven))

“What the…!?” Ravens eyes widened as her target exploded on impact with her shockwave. The damn guy had tricked her! It was a fake! Another fact hit home quite quickly as well. His attack…It hadn’t done any damage, for if it had she was sure she would have heard it! Either Moli had failed his attack or he had made her move to where he wanted her. Because of the exploding Moli and the bright flash that it caused, Raven was left temporary blind. Blinking and rubbing her eyes she regained sight, only to hear Moli call out ‘Hey’ Turning towards the left, Raven’s eyes widened, their was no doubting this kids planning out skills…He done on one knee and aiming at her hand as though it was a gun “Oh joy…”

“Very clever” Raven commented with half a smile. It’s the least she could say to someone who was giving her a nice little work out. There was no way she wanted to be hit with whatever attack Moli had up his sleeve, so, she went on the defensive…well…kinda..
With a blank expression in place, Raven closed her eyes and released a powerful shockwave that would erupt from all around her, the result would be a 360 degree shockwave. If the shockwave was clearer to the human eye, the shape would look like a dome.

The shockwave spread outwards, destroying anything within its perimeter, in doing this, Raven hoped she would hinder Moli, or stop his attack at least. But there was no telling if his move would be able to blast through hers, or if he would wait until her attack died down “Playing it safe is never the fun option”

((TFP---Nat))

Nat scoffed at Demios’s words. His patience was wearing thin, in short, the Owl was pissing him off “People here they are after? Hah! You are not making any sense!” Nat’s grip tightened on his dagger as Demios continued to go on and on about things he didn’t understand, or at least, Nat felt he didn’t understand “Seen and felt it huh? You should try taking some of your own advice at some point and see what he has been through! You have no right to speak like you are, so just stop acting so high and mighty!” At that moment a bright flash of light erupted from near by, Nat took that moment to reach round and ‘borrow’ Kojiro’s power.

Ice climbed up and along his dagger, thickening until it became more like a sword “Us leave? It is you who will be leaving, this is now Fallen Phoenix territory” Nats blue eyes narrowed menacingly “I would hate to have to fight you… I really thought you would keep your mouth shut. But you just keep going on and on about things that piss me off. You may have healed Koji, but you are the cause of his suffering” Nat hoped the Owl would take the wiser choice and just leave.

((UNS---Daryle))

“Vincent” Daryle murmured giving the boy a reassuring glance “A problem you say?”Daryle glanced up at the TV and let out a low whistle “Woah…that town is a dump!” He had made the comment before reading what that town happened to be called “New York?! Who the hell done that?” He needn’t think about it for to long as one name floated around in his head “The Fallen Phoenix” Not being one that is easily put of his food, Daryle proceeded to stuff sushi into his mouth as he watched the broadcast. True to say, the appearance of Torok had made the Breezy Owl want to get up and well….punch the man. He would never forget what the Owl had made him see.

Moli's sure shot had be split into many many different beams thanks to Raven's full body shockwave. It had the properties of a bubble and whether this could be exploited was up to Moli to test now. His beams of light shaved off against the sphere and tore through what was left of the ground beneath them. Cars in the distance were slashed asunder by the beams of light and exploded soon after. What wasn't flammable was sliced apart leaving a hot molten residue behind.

Seconds after focusing the beam tighter and tighter, Moli began to realize that the wave was just that. A wave. A rather solid, but repetitiously outputting wave. Like light emanating from the sun, her shield wasn't constant, but more energy meant more output...more folds of force. Moli's lips shined a bright grin when he finally realized how Raven's shockwaves worked. Because of this property, it acted is a viable shield against his beam of light. Now that she wasn't moving and was forced to this position, Moli had one final option left that he knew would lead only to victory. He had to break her shield to pieces.

The fledgling Herald could see his beam inching closer and closer to her though after a about five seconds, it only moved half a foot. He could wait out this fight. He could win this if he kept applying pressure. The only downside right now was in doing this, he was expending large amounts of energy. Right now, the fight had reached a pivotal point. Who could stand out the longest? Lomoli or Raven? He placed both his hands together and extended his other finger into the beam for added offense. Each passing second was more than a third of a foot, but now at the cost of more of his energy.

(Epic stuff...)

Lucien covered his eyes as a powerful light from Moli radiated throughout the area. "That's right. I forgot he had become th new fledgling Light Herald." He wondered what new kind of prowess he had with his new rank. Lucien knew that Raven's shockwaves were very much like his sonic manipulation, however hers were much more powerful. He was a jack of all trades, but this was her specialty. He flapped his wings a few times as he flew down towards the event. He hedl out his hand firing sonic pulses from the palm of his left hand, while the other began to drip with negation. His wings were drawn back into his back as he neared the ground. Flipping once he landed on the ground with a soft thud. He looked at Moli and Raven, his eyes became slitted, and returned to their bright yellow like color. "Look at this. It's a recreation of France. First Australia, then France, then Exire, and now New York? Wow we really are monsters." He said with a smirk. "Raven. Glad to see you've changed your occupation. The role of a terrorist suits you well."

((TFP---Raven))

Raven narrowed her eyes at what was happening. She was alright keeping up with her shockwave for now, but for how long, was another question. Her defence was taking up more energy then what she would like, but there was no helping the matter. She could not afford dropping in the amount of power she was currently using. She had to last the longest, if Moli’s attack were to falter, she would be on him straight away with a nasty shockwave.

It was clear that she was not the only one fighting to keep up with their attack, Moli’s beam was edging closer towards her, albeit not his fastest attack, but speed was not always everything in this game “Come on…” Raven muttered through clenched teeth. It was in that moment that yet another pest showed up, Lucian “Damn..” This was not good, should he attack her shield as well, it would surly break. Ignoring his comments and staring only at Moli, who’s beam had gained yet more distance, Raven upped her power supply to the shockwave. Small beads of sweat dotted her brow as her concentration went into overdrive. She was determined to take this Owl down, one way or another.

Moli, feeling victory looming around the bend, decided to walk closer to the immobilized Raven. It had been almost thirty seconds now and still, she was unable to move temporarily cursed to defend against Moli's weakening, yet constant attack. Sweat drenched his forehead now and the light that covered his body seemed to dim to a deeper, less vibrant yellow hue. Still, he held his composure strongly and his strut toward her was proof.

"Just when you thought you and your band of...people would take this city over and give the rest of us Owls and a bad name!" Moli said, lowering his right hand. The darkened piece of shrapnel he'd picked up earlier to form his lightsaber fell from his glowing sleeve into his sweating palm. He readied the sword for a more close range assault still at the cost of energy. "Just when you thought that Heart of Life was actually worth something! Just when you thought you'd live to see the end of this great war..." He was excited at first to be fighting the leader of The Fallen Phoenix and even until this moment, he remained just as excited. He knew the fight had to end at some point though and this was it. He prepared to take down the greatest terrorist known to Owl kind with a single swipe of his shining blade. Before his light could give out, he lowered the blade onto the invisible shield.

Before the blade could land deeply, a large, red, smoldering hand of lava pulled at it's edge. The conflicting elements burned, sizzled and popped against one another. "Just when you thought you were doing something..." The magma manipulator from before had managed to wash up on the piers and make his way to the fighting unbeknownst to everyone. "You know, I saw your brother yesterday Herald. I didn't get to kill him, but I will get to kill you." Lucien's impersonator threw a magma uppercut at Moli while still holding his blade.

Moli had expended far too much energy to both dodge and counter the new attacker. The thinning veil of light that covered his body was all but extinguished. In shock, he looked at his new attack with wide blue eyes and swallowed hard before taking his red hot attack. Quietly, before the attack painfully connected, the glistening owl whispered out, "Soliel..." The massive fist took him off of his feet with a yelp of air being knocked out of him and upwards into what remained of Raven's 360 output. The two, in combination, instantly ate away Moli's shield of light in the areas they hit. Though neither of the moves were fatal, he could still feel the immense force behind each of them especially Raven's which shot him into the ground where he once stood. It was almost inevitable that internal bruising had occured as well as superficial burns. Unable to fight any longer, his light faded and with a tired, defeated sigh, he fell unconscious. Now, to anyone on his team, he was a liability that needed immediate attention.

"Stupid kid." The magma manipulator scoffed as he looked at the result of his and Raven's attack. The boy was now both a target and bait for whoever wanted to protect or attack him. This was a large advantage, but still, they had Lucien to deal with now. He alone was a force to be reckon with. Still, as the skull splitter held his composure in the face of danger, his fatigue from yesterday was apparent in very minute ways. "You're still hurt Lucien," began the owl's impersonator. "You really think you're cut out for another fight with stronger Owls? How about you put your silver spoon back in your mouth and go get back on your yacht?!"

Demios looked at Nat and rolled his eyes talking to him was about as pointless as talking to any of the other Owls. He sighed and got into a fighting stance. "You know I knew phoenix's were cowards, but threatening me when I've already faced one of you thats a new one" He said. He stretched for a moment "But I suppose I can give you a shot" He said. However, he then noticed light fading and new Moli was in trouble "Well seems its time for me to go, but next time I'll show you why people were scared of magic" He said. With that he turned in the direction of Moli and shifted into his celestial raven form and took into the air. He knew he had to get to Moli before he was hurt any further. As he flew he began to feel the fatigue of fighting again but tried not to show it.

((UNS - Armand, NPCs - Genya and Benkei))

While the other UNS members were already relaxing and off the hook in Tokyo, Armand was still working with the Japanese on projects into the wee hours of the night. As a result, Armand was not aware of the situation in New York or that a strange island had appeared.

As part of repairs, Armand went hands on and went into the factories. Coming out, he had to be disinfected. However, in the distance, there suddenly was another explosion. "Eh? What was that?" Armand asked. It couldn't have been the repair he had just made. He was 100% sure it was done correctly. The Japanese seemed to agree with him because they all exchanged confused looks.

The situation by the Thorinaganos had calmed down. It seemed the side effects from Genya's experiments were only temporary, as people's zebra striped faces turned back to normal. The people in the shelter were catching up on what little sleep they could. Genya was as well, and Ben was sitting drearily off to the side, keeping watch just in case something happen. ...and then a random sudden explosion sounded, waking EVERYONE in the vicinity up ...followed by a sleepy "Umm, oops....?"

Ben narrowed his eyes as he saw his younger brother when the smoke cleared up. There were the remains of a shattered vial and a rather soot faced Genya sitting at the charred remains of a table and chair.....Genya was on his behind looking terribly shocked and confused. Though Ben was about to scold his brother, he couldn't do it because his brother's hair resembled a massive Afro...which was completely not Genya's style.

"Erm, nothing to be afraid of!!!" Genya shouted with a goofy innocent smile, completely oblivious to the fact that he had an Afro. "Just mixing medicine!...hehe!"

((UNS - Will))

Will had since returned to his office inside the casino Che was ..oh, so, familiar with... He had not gone to the hotel or the UNS headquarters where the other members were. Despite the Fukushima incident, business at the casino was still steady. However, business had decreased due to the lower visitation from foreigners and those who came from abroad. Once the situation was completely stabilized, business would be back to normal. Will wasn't worried. It wasn't as if this casino was the only establishment he owned. Even if his businesses were taken from him, he still had more than enough money to pay his employees and make a living.

Yet it didn't mean Will would willingly pay for everything just because. A beep sounded on his phone, and he peered down to see a new message. A message from the hotel informing him of a new amount on his tab from a restaurant. The Satan Owl's eyebrow arched slightly before he smirked. He knew whose fault that new amount was. If this was Daryle Saxton's form of lame revenge, it wasn't very effective. The blonde devil grinned and hummed slightly as he made a few changes and made a phone call back to the hotel. The call would effect one certain Mr. Thomas Moses. Mr. Moses would find that items were appearing on his tab almost out of nowhere, and he would have no idea that those were the items that the UNS members had billed to Will's tab.

With the phone call done, the Satan Owl turned his attention to the recent news happening on the other side of the world. It seems a random island had appeared, and New York was the site of a battle. He could tell who was involved by the visuals. A light grin appeared on Will's lips. Quite amusing, French wench...is that it? Go on. He looked at his phone again at a map of the surrounding area and pressed a button. A certain green dot flashed in the island's vicinity. "Just can't get out of trouble, eh?" Don't worry. I'm still watching you.

As much as he hated to let his imposter have any satisfaction he was right, he was hurt and with Moli out of commission things would be much more difficult. "I'm strong enough to fight an imposter and a terrorist." He said as he landed on the ground. He stood facing them both. He gripped his hand into a fist as it began to drip with negation. With no other people around he didn't have to worry about it causing collateral damage. With his other hand he formed a crackling ball of energy. He took a fighting stance as occasionally glimmering black threads could be seen around him they were hard to detect but not impossible. Upon further investigation it was clear that they were his razor wires, he was manipulating them like marrionette strings with his telekinesis. He looked at the two owls for a quick moment then went on the offensive. Shooting forward he slashed downward with his negation covered hand sending a violent spray of dripping negatino towards his magma imposter. Whipping around he hurled the crackeling ball of energy towards Raven, he had to be warry with their powers this would be more then just a hard fight. With his strength already siphened from the other day he didn't honestly know if he could fight for long, it was either end this quick or die in the process.

Lorna saw Moli fall to the ground unconscious. Many enemies would take this opportunity to strike him down where he lay, but Lorna found it cowardly. She only fought an opponent when they were at their best and strongest, but not after they had been struck down by another person. She would only strike them down if she was the one that had been fighting them in the first place. Lorna believed that those who started something, should finish it. Not to mention, Moli was another Owl just like them and even though they were technically enemies, Lorna had a soft spot for those who were just like her, regardless of what side they were on. She also knew that if she joined the fight, she would just get in the way. She was strong, yes, but she was nowhere near as close on the same level as those who were fighting and she especially did not stand a chance against Lucien and neither did the others. But who was the young man who had showed up on the scene to challenge Lucien? Was he friend or foe? Lorna was both intrigued and curious at the same time. She wanted to see just what he was capable of.

((TFP---Raven))

Things were looking bad for Raven, Moli had gained the upper hand and was showing that, by walking closer towards her. Her shield would not outlast the increasing pressure of his attack “You think it will end here?” She asked the him as he edged closer still, this time he was forming a sword, definitely ready for a close ranged fight “You would be sadly mistaken if you did…” Moli began to give his own little speech, to which Raven’s eyes narrowed dangerously, she wanted to beat the Owl to death…Or at least, render him useless. But, it seemed that it was Raven who was going to be killed or captured…that was until someone else showed up.

With a devastating uppercut, the newcomer sent the fledgling light herald flying into Ravens shockwave, which then sent Moli crashing to the ground. Ravens shield died down before fading completely. She stared in slight disbelief at Moli’s lifeless form. Her eyes darted back to the newcomer, sure he had aided her immensely. But, who the hell was he? And more importantly, could she trust him? For now, both of those question will remain unanswered and will have to wait, because Lucian, was now preparing to fight. “Thanks for that, he was becoming a bother” Raven muttered to magma user. That was all she was going to say to him for the time being.

Ravens smirked returned to her lips at Lucien’s words “That’s big talk, Lucien” she uttered with a small laugh. Well, this guy obviously didn’t want to hang around. For, he attacked pretty quickly, firing two different forms of attack at herself and the magma user. Raven used a move she had earlier, using a shockwave to evade the oncoming ball of energy, once she was ‘air born’ she fired multiple shockwaves that were in the form of crescent moons. Highly condensed and thin, these shockwaves were made to slice through the toughest of materials.
PostPosted: Fri May 13, 2011 5:52 pm

He swiped to the side, he couldn't use negation on the shockwaves, they weren't a tangible thing. He raised his hand as a pillar of crystal shot up from the ground. When her sonic blades slashed into the pillar it slashed clean through. Lucien's eyes opened wide as the blades sliced through his pillars. As the blades made contact with his skin his body burst into a cloud of mist. He reshaped his body ontop of the crystal pillar, three long cuts were seen on his chest and one on his right arm. He looked at her as his architech seal began to pulse in his eye. "You've gotten a nice growth in power. I should have expected no less from the Leader of the Fallen Phoenix." Clouds began to gather in the sky as they became dark and echoed with the sounds of thunder. He slammed his hand down as a bolt of electricity roared down from the sky towards Raven, he would not let such a person disgrace everything he had worked for. "Why Raven? You had power, influence, and support why do this?!" He shouted to be heard over the thunder.

Ana stood close to the battle, seeing Raven still fighting even though she was severely injured. With a snap of her wrist the steel fan flung open, shimmering in what little sunlight there was from all the smoke. Her eyes glowed brightly, like two green emeralds in the dark. She knew that magma anywhere, making her almost smirk. "Hie toruk," she murmured, her mind flooding into Luciens. Ana stood frozen as she tried to mentally attack him, her thoughts dark and eerie.
