Keri looked at the vile in surprise with eyes as wide as tennis balls. "Uh... Yes. Thank you." Keri gently took the vile from him and dumped a little bit of it into her glass of water.
After downing the glass, Keri sat there on his bed in silence. She felt as though she owed Marshall more than just a mere apology. But no matter how hard she forced it, her brain would just not come up with a lick of an idea.

Keri gave a slight laugh as a smirk settled across her lips. "You have a point." Keri paused for a long while before starting her story. "Haven't you ever wondered why Jacie and I look nothing alike? It's because I'm not actually her sister. Technically speaking, I'm not actually human at all." she took another deep breath and tightened her grip on the glass and vile. "That Shadow Lugia that was created about twenty years ago? XD-001? Have you ever wondered what happened to her? She's sitting right here in front of you. Jacie's father, Professor Legend, started to experiment on me and found that he could turn pokemon into humans with this liquid he'd concocted. Thus turning me into a mere two year old child. It was then that he raised me as his daughter alongside Jacie. And now I'm out to protect pokemon so that they won't have to go through the suffering I did."

Keri knew that the words that seemed to spill out of her mouth were selfish, but she didn't care either way. Marshall deserved the truth. He was such a great guy...

Keri couldn't help but laugh a bit. The idiocy of Jacie still amazed Keri to no end. "That would be Mom's brains kicking in. Honestly, I'm glad Jacie didn't get the Professor's brains or else Team Omni would most likely be disbanded by now." Keri said as her smile faded a bit.
