Nashoba1 kittycross Peachtastic First off, I'd like to apologize for my being MIA lately. I probably won't be on much for the following reason..... My monster-in-law is visiting and will be here till the 27th. (i'm going f**king insane already!) Anyways, back to why I haven't been on.........she brought german cockroaches with her to our brand new house, which has completely turned me OCD about cleaning. I thoroughly clean for hours every day! mad Hopefully I caught it soon enough that we won't have any serious problems, and thank God, we haven't seen any of the little buggers since the exterminator came to spray. So, peace out, and see ya in a few weeks. Miss ya & your tanks bunches! heart I'm so sorry. I'm seriously phobic and we always keep boric acid around to deal with any evil that crops up. Honneyboy keeps me safe. I hope it works out okay. I'm still having health issues, but at least the kid's medical coverage is back, so hopefully mine will be back soon and I can be on with more regularity. I'm really tired of sarcoidosis and the assorted ailment that go with it. No cure, but at least I should be able to resume treatment soon I hope things work out for you kitty, I know a lot of different things (sites) you may be able to follow, help people out w/ different things but you need to contact the center of what your illness will be, here's one you maybe able to get some info and hopefully help from http://www.stopsarcoidosis.org/ also not sure the area you live in, but your phone book, or web you should be able to look up for some social groups and help!!! Miss you Kitty!!! Thanks for the info heart It's a tricky thing since the cause isn't know. There's a genetic predisposition that can be a factor ( and why I worry so much for my kids ) One possible culprit is the amount of chemicals the modern world puts everywhere- things like stainmaster carpet are particularly toxic. The constant development and use of more and more toxins has given rise to more and more obscure illnesses and allergies, allergies being an auto-immune response. People go out drenched in synthetics- perfumes and cosmetics and don't think about what they're doing to their bodies or people around them all the time. People make a big stink about smokers, but think nothing of going into buildings and elevators with toxins and allergens. My older daughter had gone into shock from perfume exposure when she was a toddler Asthma, cancers and all sorts of rheumatological disorders and diseases have been on the rise Unfortunately people aren't likely to stop this "modern progress" and the conveniences it offers just because it causes suffering and death for a segment of the population

I just wanted to let you know that my fish are set to die in both tanks (aylwyn27 and grimmykin) on or around April 1st and I won't be restocking them right away. My kids will be on Spring Break from April 6th -16th and I will be taking the opportunity to spend this time with them and will not have much time to bump my tanks. I will be restocking the tanks when they go back to school on the 16th. I didn't want people to wonder if or when I was going to restock. Thanks for understanding. heart
I might put a few low trigger fish in just for daily overseer gifts, but they really won't be worth playing. lol

I've been bad at bumping the last weeks, but that's because I've just had so much to do, and a lot of anxiety that makes me tired and I can't really do what I usually loves to do, being active on gaia.
I'm trying to bump other threads, be active in the forums (even though I am not really fond of being social xD).
But I always make sure that I have a full aquarium.
I know I don't bump everyday, but I try my hardest right now to be active, but it's hard when I feel so bad that I can't even manage to do things at home, and I get tired after work easily.
Anyway, I love gaia and my aquarium haha, but if I would want to take a break in the future, I will tell you of course!

Guys, my computer has been making rather angry sounds. I recorded it. Imagine this, but louder and for several minutes or longer. I tried to pick up the sound as best I could.
I'll still try to bump and log when I have time, but if I disappear, that means the computer killed itself again. I'm still waiting on my new one.
