I know very little about him, I'll admit. What I have heard makes even immortal me fear this character. Good luck to you, but you're probably going to regret this meeting.

Aye mate I understand the risk but I have not yet meet a man that has shook my stubborn determination he wont get rid of meh easy and if all else fails I'll teleport out of there safe an sound... pirate

With the new course set, Austin retires for the rest of the night leaving the fox on watch only to find a small black cat curled up on his pillow. It stares hard at him when he tries to move it, but reluctantly leaves its cumfy bed. As Austin puts it down on the floor he finds himself jumping back, landing hard on his backside, as the kitten goes from being a cat into being a neko in the blink of an eye.
Sorry, the black furred cat man says sheepishly, offering him a hand up. I didn't know where else to go. I wasn't assigned a cabin or anything yet.
The voice of the neko is awfully familiar.

lyssan sticks her head in the door and does a double take... oops, i see the cat is out of the bag... she whispers then runs back up to the wheel where she's supposed to be on watch, laughing mischievously as she goes....

lyssan chuckles softly... he's a neko demon... but hardly dangerous... unless you get on the wrong side of him that is... he's really a cute little kitty... he is... not at all like you... and he really is a ninja... just so you know

What's next, a Panda Bear mastering Shaolin? (Note: Great movie...go see it) *Curls up on the helm* So what exactly is this "Shipwreck Cove they're talking about? I've yet to hear of it. And where are the Water Elementals? I would have thought, given our location in the world, that Calypso would have appeared to try something. Even if we're not in her territory yet, one of the sea God's should be living here....If I remember correctly, it was either Calypso or Ryujin...depending on which side of the Pacific we are in.

hopefully we're moving too fast through their territory to attract attention... unless it is that we are moving so fast we do attract attention... i'm keeping my paws crossed on this one... and it is smugglers cove... not shipwreck... ... we certainly do not want to go there... at least not in the H.M.S. Jade Corner... too much debris... that is a dory trip if anything...
nope... not there... now smugglers cove is a pirate haven... it's kind of out of the way... but the truce holds there... at least it should... you need to be on your best behavior there... pirate justice is rough and a bit final, if you know what i mean... and trust me, iffin there is anyone who would know how to hurt a void mage, it would be One-Eye... he runs that place with an iron fist he does... but it is also the repository for some of the best sea maps ye have ever seen.... and since we don't dare take zel with us... we are going to need a good map

Kerobian Then I'll just appear as a normal human in a black cloak...a Firemage. think he'll buy it? heh... he really doesn't care what you are... as long as you hold the peace... savvy? she says quietly... so you'll probably see all sorts of people and creatures there... it's austin i'm worried about... the last time he was there he kind of got on one-eye's bad side... they made up... sort of... austin has something one-eye wants but can't take... if you get my drift... but that doesn't mean he's just going to let us waltz in there and take what we want... that's where zel comes in... as a cat he can go almost anywhere... cats are kind of special to pirates... and no one hurts one without good reason... if we can't get into the archival house... i'm hoping zel can get in and lift the map we need...

I'm not pure gold, but I see your point...but I also don't like the magic I'm feeling...whoever this cat is, he's sheltering a powerful mage...at least an (element)-master...so i'll go as myself, and if I get kidnapped, I'll sing out for my parents...let's see a pirate beat a full-grown Gold dragon and a full-grown Copper dragon back.
