I've been considering the armed forces for YEARS. I would really like to travel the world, pick up some awesome skills, and just.....have an amazing thing to put on my resume.
But I love my family and friends to much. It would be truly hard to just...leave them for years. I would get homesick often, and that would be the only thing keeping me back. I can get in shape, I can deal with being yelled at, I enjoy taking orders from people.
I just don't know if I can leave home, ya know?

But if you want to go for it, GO FOR IT. You may regret joining, or you may feel it's the best choice you ever make. You have to find out one way or another.

deep fried pickles and fried Ice cream.....guilty!

the trick with the ice cream is to turn the fryer up around 400 degrees with a 30 second fry time. just enough to crisp the batter.....anything longer and you're looking at about an hour of cleaning time for the fryer....

fried pickles were elvis's favorite snack, and where ever he went his roadies would seek out some obscure restaurant to fry him up a batch or two...

the real twisted fryer treat would be deep fried snickers bars with hot fudge sauce and ice cream. death by arterie clogging chocolaty decadence.
