I have mixed feelings on it Doressa... you've set the bar pretty high. It's not as good as some of the awesome avatar styles I've seen you do. I'm not sure what it is... something isn't grabbing me as much.
edit: I think maybe the eye patch is throwing me for a loop?
But I definitely like that you always experiment with the new monthly collectibles.

I don't have them, but I tried them on in the shops...they were the wrong colour, so it looked a bit funny. Thanks for the feed back though, both of you! Back to the drawing board for me! xd 3nodding

My avatar looks pretty different now...You only need to look at the dream avatar in my signature to notice the difference!
I figured since in real life I no longer have long red hair, I might as well change the hairstyle along with getting the new Halo! I have a Halo! mrgreen

I'm still new to this whole gaia thing and am poor and don't yet have much to choose from, so any advice would be appriciated, everyone here is always so pretty. I love purple and toys and animals. I have some basics but is there anything you recommend trying to find?

chibihotachan I'm still new to this whole gaia thing and am poor and don't yet have much to choose from, so any advice would be appriciated, everyone here is always so pretty. I love purple and toys and animals. I have some basics but is there anything you recommend trying to find? Monthly collectibles are always neat additions to your avatar. There are 2 ways to get them- donate to gaia or save up gaia money to buy them in the marketplace. Donating money for pixel goodies may seem preposterous, but I like to think that the $2.50 is worth it when I realize that helps them afford more servers (thus better speeds) and be able to keep an adequate staff. I'd definitely get a trading pass or the like. The marketplace has a lot of cute items off the beaten track, some are quite expensive (Well, in the Gaia money system) but some items are really cute and not too much virtual gold. All else fails our guild is now doing contests with fabulous prizes, so keep your eyes on the contest forum. You might get something fun to dress up your ava with!

Well, I keep changing my avatar's clothes depending upon what I'm wearing in real life for the photo, but this is so easy since all the clothes I own on Gaia are clothes I'd really wear, too (well with a few minor exceptions of course sweatdrop )
